    1 Based on the considered, the argument of Plaintiffs’ counsel, the pleadings, and evidence

    2 presented, the Court finds the undisputed factual record establish that:

    3 1) Defendant Robert Allen McEwen was properly served on January 13, 2021.

    2) Over 20 days have elapsed since Defendant Robert Allen McEwen was properly
    5
    served, with the Complaint and Summons and Defendants Defendant Robert Allen McEwen has
    6
    failed to answer, appear, or defend.

    Based on the above findings, It is Ordered:
    8

    9 1) Plaintiff’s Motion is GRANTED.

    10 2) Defendants Defendant Robert Allen McEwen is declared to be in default for


    11 failing to respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint and Plaintiff is entitled to entry of

    Judgment in the amount of $8,000.00.

    3) Entry of Judgment in favor of Plaintiff and against Robert Allen McEwen for costs

    and disbursement, including statutory costs and fees pursuant to RCW 4.84.010

    16 4) Entry of Judgment in favor of Plaintiff and against Robert Allen McEwen for
