1. Scope
All service performance of Daimler AG (hereinafter referred to as “Lessor”) in connection with the lease of the SDconnect diagnostics
interface to the Lessee (including independent market players such as vehicle repair workshops, manufacturers of and dealers in
workshop equipment, tools or spare parts, publishers of technical information, automobile clubs, breakdown assistance services,
suppliers of inspection and testing services, facilities for the basic and further training of mechanics etc.) is based on these terms and
conditions. All agreements are to be committed to writing. This shall also apply to ancillary agreements, representations and
warranties, and subsequent amendments to the agreement. General terms and conditions of the Lessee – even if they have been
attached to requests for offers, orders or declarations of acceptance and have not been objected to – shall not become a part of the
agreement. The terms and conditions apply equally to components that are leased without charge.

2. Purpose
The SDconnect diagnostics interface consists of hardware (including cables) - hereinafter referred to as “Equipment” - and services
rendered in connection with the Equipment. Accessories leased without charge are not a part thereof. Accessories for the Equipment
are to be purchased separately by the Lessee.
The USB2LAN adapter contained in the initial delivery is an accessory which is supplied free of charge.

3. Formation of the Contract

The Lessee is committed to the order for two weeks. The Lessee waives declaration of acceptance of its order. The agreement comes
into being upon the incorporation of the order into the order backlog of the Lessor. Incorrect orders (e.g. wrong equipment, wrong
quantities of equipment) cannot be refunded once the contract has been concluded.

4. Compliance with Applicable Law

The Lessee shall desist from all practices that may lead to penal liability due to fraud or embezzlement, insolvency crimes, crimes in
violation of competition, guaranteeing advantages or acceptance of bribes or other corruption on the part of persons employed by the
Lessee or other third parties. In the event of violation of the above, the Lessor shall have the right to withdraw from or terminate all
legal transactions existing with the Lessee without notice and to cancel all negotiations.
The above notwithstanding, the Lessee is obligated to adhere to all laws and regulations applicable to both itself and the commercial
relationship with the Lessor.

5. Nature and Scope of Services

The scope of services shall arise from these contractual agreements. These contain a precise listing of the Equipment to be rented and
services to be rendered as well as inseparably linked agreements concerning qualification and the provision of product information.

6. Partial Performance
The Lessor is entitled to execute the performance to be rendered in the form of partial performances provided that this is not
unreasonable for the Lessee.

7. Rights of Use and Liquidated Damages

7.1 The Lessee undertakes to use the leased Equipment including documentation exclusively in its operations and shall not allow it to be
used by third parties. After the expiration of this Lease Agreement the SDconnect diagnostic interface and the carrying case shall be
returned to the Lessor at the expense of the Lessee.

 7.2 The Lessee shall ensure that the Equipment is not accessible to third parties without the prior written consent of the Lessor.
Reproduction of copies is not permitted. Furthermore, all information concerning such equipment documentation is to be kept
confidential.
7.3 In the event that the Equipment falls into the hands of third parties, regardless of whether the Lessee provides it to the third parties or
fails to prevent it from being accessible to third parties, liquidated damages shall be paid to the Lessor in the amount of
EUR 25,000.00. The assertion of damages with credit given for the liquidated damages remains unaffected.
7.4 For components and related documentation, which are leased without charge, a non-exclusive, free, non-expiring right of use shall be
granted to the Lessee. The Lessee promises to dispose of the components at its own expense after expiration of the use.

8. Modifications to the Systems

Modifications of a design or technical nature and modifications to the scope of delivery on the part of the Lessor are reserved during
the delivery period, provided that the modifications or deviations are reasonable for the Lessee in consideration of the interests of the
Lessor.

9. Warranty for Equipment

9.1 The warranty for Equipment begins at the time of delivery of the system to the Lessee. The Lessee shall send defective Equipment
components to the Lessor upon request and perform any necessary disassembly and installations.
9.2 The Lessee shall provide notification of defects and damage to the Equipment without delay. A warranty is inapplicable to the extent
that any defect is due to the Lessee or a third party having modified Equipment without the consent of the Lessor or having misused or
improperly repaired it or Equipment not having been operated and maintained in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the
instructions for use supplied with the Equipment or provided in writing or electronically during the term of the Contract, and
notification of the defect was not immediately provided. Costs arising from improper use of the Equipment shall be passed on to the
Lessee. The Lessee’s duties of care set forth in the guideline for Xentry Diagnostics EU Starter Kit shall also apply to the use of Xentry
Diagnostics EU Equipment.
9.3 In the event of a defect under warranty, the Lessor shall remedy the defect through provision of a replacement for the defective
Equipment. The Lessor shall send the Lessee a replacement device on receipt of proof that the Lessee has initiated the return of the
defective Equipment to the Lessor. The costs of return in the event of replacement within the warranty period shall be borne by the
Lessor
9.4 Should the remedial work fail, particularly if the defect cannot be repaired or additional repair attempts are unreasonable for the
Lessee, in the case of damage for which it is not at fault the Lessee shall have a right of termination for failure to provide the
contracted use pursuant to section 542 of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch–BGB).
9.5 If the Lessor demonstrates that a defect reported by the Lessee does not involve a warranty case, expenditures for troubleshooting
and any repair shall be borne by the Lessee. The duration of the warranty shall be the same as the duration of the lease.

10. Liability
The following liability provisions shall apply to the liability of the Lessor and for the personal liability of its employees, subcontractors
and vicarious agents, irrespective of the reason:
10.1 No-fault liability for initial defects in the leased Equipment is excluded. If the promised qualities are absent, a damages claim for non-
fulfilment remains unaffected.
10.2 The Lessor shall be liable for personal injury and property damage caused by ordinary negligence up to EUR 1 million, all inclusive, and
financial loss of up to EUR 50,000 per event but not more than twice this amount per year.
10.3 The above limitations of liability shall not apply to the extent the liability of the Lessor is compulsory by law, as, e.g., under product
liability law.
10.4 The Lessee shall notify the Lessor immediately in writing of any damage and loss for which the Lessor is liable or enable the Lessor to
assess such damage or loss.
10.5 Claims for damages based on ordinary negligence shall lapse within one year of accrual of the claim.

11. Prices / Payment Conditions

11.1 Prices are strictly net, plus applicable sales tax at the time the rent is due.
11.2 Xentry Diagnostics EU Starter Kit: the rent for the Xentry Diagnostics EU Starter Kit is payable by credit card for a period of twelve
months in advance when the order is first placed via the online platform TechInfo shop (www.techinfo-shop.de). The second and third

 lease payments, each for a further twelve-month period, shall be paid by credit card via the TechInfo shop online platform
(www.techinfo-shop.de).
The second lease payment (for the second year of the lease) shall be payable by the end of the 12th month, the third lease payment
(for the third year of the lease) by the end of the 24th month after delivery of the Xentry Diagnostics EU Starter Kit via the TechInfo
shop online platform.
11.3 Xentry Pass Thru EU Kit: the rent for the Xentry Pass Thru EU Kit is payable by credit card for a period of twelve months in advance via
the online platform TechInfo shop (www.techinfo-shop.de) when the order is first placed or when the contract is extended.
11.4 If the Equipment is replaced by a new development or otherwise updated to the latest technical version and is also introduced in this
form at Daimler AG, Daimler AG is entitled to make an adjustment of the rent upon two months’ notice. The rent shall be adjusted in
proportion to the change in the list rent prices with respect to the previous version.
The increase in lease payments shall take effect when the next payable lease payment falls due
If Daimler AG demands a rent increase, the Lessee may terminate the agreement within one month of notification of the increase,
effective at the time the increase becomes effective.

12. Taxes
The parties shall make every effort consistent with national regulations and the convention for the avoidance of double taxation
between the country of the Lessee and the Federal Republic of Germany (“Convention”) to obtain any possible reduction in or
discontinuance of taxes that may be incurred in connection with these rental terms and conditions.
All taxes and levies of any kind accruing in connection with payments of the Lessee and imposed on the Lessor by the German tax
authorities shall be borne by the Lessor. All taxes and levies of any kind which are imposed or to be paid in connection with payments
of the Lessee in its country shall be borne by the Lessee. The foregoing sentence is not to be applied to taxes on income which are
imposed or withheld in compliance with the Convention.
To the extent the Lessee is obligated under the Convention to withhold taxes on the payments pursuant to these rental terms and
conditions, the Lessee shall do everything within its ability to enable the payment to the Lessor to be taxed at the time of payment
with the reduced withholding tax rate pursuant to the Convention.
To the extent the Lessee is obligated to withhold and pay taxes on the payments pursuant to these rental terms and conditions, the
Lessee shall, without (personally caused) delay, provide the original withholding tax receipts of the tax authorities and all other
documents to the Lessor which show the Lessor as taxpayer, the amount of the tax payment, the tax law and the legal regulation on
which the tax payment is based, the tax rate or the basis of calculation underlying the tax payment and the date of the tax payment.
If the withholding tax receipts of the tax authorities and the documents are issued in a language other than German or English, the
Lessee expresses readiness to have the withholding tax receipts and documents translated into the German or English language at its
expense at the request of the Lessor and to have the correctness of the translation certified officially or by a notary.

13. Minor Repairs

The Lessee shall be liable for damage caused by outside agencies up to a repair cost ceiling of EUR 250.00 per agreement year even if
it is without fault. The liability of the Lessee for damage occasioned by it remains unaffected.

14. Assignment
The Lessee may assign the rights and duties arising from this agreement only with the prior written consent of the Lessor.

15. Term and Termination, Amendment of the General Terms and Conditions
15.1 Xentry Diagnostics EU Starter Kit: The term of the contract shall be 36 months. After the end of the contract the following equipment
components must be returned to the Lessor: the Multiplexer SDconnect and the carrying case.
The cost of this return shall be borne by the Lessor provided that the process described in the guidelines for the Xentry Diagnostics EU
Starter Kit has been followed.
15.2 Xentry Pass Thru EU Kit: The term of the contract shall be limited to twelve months. The Lessee may extend the lease agreement by
one further year at a time via the TechInfo shop online platform (www.techinfo-shop.de).
15.3 The agreement may be terminated for cause by Daimler AG without prior notice. Daimler AG may, in particular, terminate without
notice if the Lessee:
• uses the leased Equipment outside its business or;
• makes the leased Equipment and/or documentation accessible to third parties pursuant to subclause 7.1 or;

 • has demonstrably attempted to modify the Equipment in some way or;
• falls into arrears with the annual lease payment or finally refuses to make such payment.
Should Daimler AG terminate for cause without prior notice, Daimler AG shall have the following rights:
• right to immediate surrender of all leased Xentry Diagnostics EU Starter Kits and programs;
• right to immediate surrender of all leased Xentry Pass Thru EU Kits;
• right to payment of any compensation for depreciation in value pursuant to Clause 16.2.
15.4 Amendments to these General Terms and Conditions shall be disclosed to the Lessee in writing. They are considered to be approved if
the Lessee does not object in writing. The Lessor shall specifically refer the Lessee to this consequence at the time of notification. The
Lessee shall send any objection to the Lessor within six weeks of notification of the amendment.
15.5 The contract shall terminate automatically if the leased asset is stolen. Any theft must be reported to the Lessor immediately. If the
Lessee wishes to continue using the diagnostics credit balance it has already purchased it must lease new hardware (with a new,
complete, independent lease term).

16. Return of the SDConnect Diagnostic Interface

16.1 The SDConnect diagnostic interface shall be returned upon termination of the agreement to the extent provided in the agreement. If
parts or accessories are not returned for reasons attributable to the Lessee, the Lessee must reimburse the cost of procuring the
replacement and any further loss arising from it.
16.2 If the SDConnect diagnostic interface is not in good condition consistent with the age and use in accordance with agreement and is
thereby reduced in value, the Lessee must arrange with the Lessor for restoration of the proper condition and/or provide
compensation for the reduction in value, plus sales tax, if it is responsible for this.

17. Severability Clause

Should individual terms of these General Terms and Conditions be or become ineffective after entry into the agreement, the
effectiveness of the remainder of the agreement shall not be affected thereby. The parties undertake to agree to replace the
ineffective term with an effective term, which comes closest to the commercial objective intended by the parties with the ineffective
term. The foregoing provisions shall apply analogously in a case in which the agreement manifests an omission.

18. Place of Performance, Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The place of performance and legal venue is Stuttgart. This agreement is governed exclusively by the law of the Federal Republic of
Germany, excluding application of any conflict of laws rules. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the
International Sale of Goods dated April 11, 1980, is excluded.

1 Introduzione
1.1. Multiplexer SDconnect funzionanti sono il presupposto per una diagnosi corretta dei veicoli e un servizio clienti celere. È dunque molto
importante saper gestire con estrema attenzione questi dispositivi.
1.2. Le indicazioni e gli obblighi seguenti per gli utenti di Xentry Diagnostics EU Starter Kit aiutano a prolungare il ciclo di vita dei
dispositivi. In questo modo si ottiene anche un risparmio sui costi per il conduttore. Attenersi quindi strettamente alle istruzioni qui
riportate.
1.3. Ulteriori informazioni sono disponibili nella documentazione allegata.
1.4. Il sistema informativo INFO sul desktop contiene importanti istruzioni per l'utente che vengono costantemente aggiornate.
1.5. Il foglietto di aggiornamento allegato a Xentry Diagnostics EU spiega le modifiche e le novità inerenti al sistema.

2. Obblighi dell'utente per l'utilizzo in officina

2.1. Attenersi alle seguenti istruzioni per la propria sicurezza, poiché possono evitare incidenti e danni al Multiplexer SDconnect! Sono
altresì valide le indicazioni contenute nella documentazione allegata e nelle istruzioni del sistema informativo INFO.
2.2. Danni causati da un utilizzo non conforme verranno addebitati al conduttore! Tra essi, rientrano danni dovuti a caduta e tentativi di
conversione o riparazione.
• Assicurare il dispositivo contro furti e danni imprevisti o intenzionali.
• Proteggere adeguatamente il Multiplexer SDconnect da imbrattamento.
• Evitare calore eccessivo e irraggiamento solare diretto sul dispositivo o sulla batteria.
• Non utilizzare mai il Multiplexer SDconnect sotto la pioggia o su una superficie bagnata, onde evitare cortocircuiti e danni al
dispositivo.
• Non versare alcun liquido sul dispositivo (acqua, solvente, detergente, olio ecc.).
• Assicurare il Multiplexer SDconnect in modo che non possa cadere. Accertarsi che il Multiplexer SDconnect sia posizionato in
modo sicuro sul/nel veicolo.
• Posare i cavi del dispositivo in modo che non possano provocare incidenti o venire danneggiati.
• Attenzione: pericolo di esplosione! All'interno dei dispositivi possono generarsi scintille. Evitare ogni tipo di contatto con vapori
infiammabili.
• La distanza minima dei dispositivi dal pavimento deve essere di 46 cm (18 pollici).
• Non aprire mai una batteria.
• Aprire il Multiplexer SDconnect solo nella misura e secondo le modalità descritte nella documentazione allegata. Attenersi alle
istruzioni per l'uso e alla sostituzione delle batterie per il proprio Multiplexer SDconnect
• Rimuovere il coperchio del Multiplexer SDconnect solo dopo aver letto attentamente la documentazione allegata.
• Utilizzare i tasti sul frontale del Multiplexer SDconnect solo con le dita.
• Evitare di comprimere, tirare e torcere in modo non necessario il dispositivo.
• Dopo ogni uso, scollegare il dispositivo dai cavi. Si evitano così danni ai morsetti e ai cavi.
• Utilizzare fonti di corrente idonee.
2.4 Immagazzinamento
• Immagazzinare il Multiplexer SDconnect in luogo fresco e asciutto.
• Non alloggiare il Multiplexer SDconnect in ambienti con presenza di gas o liquidi corrosivi.
• La temperatura di alloggiamento del Multiplexer SDconnect deve essere compresa tra -20 °C e +65 °C.

3. Garanzia
3.1. La garanzia comprende l'eliminazione di anomalie causate da difetti nel materiale e nella produzione, nonché anomalie legate alla
costruzione.
3.2. Il diritto di reclamo in garanzia e l'assistenza scadono al termine del contratto
3.3. La garanzia per il Multiplexer SDconnect è regolamentata nelle Condizioni commerciali generali per sistemi d'officina (Xentry
Diagnostics EU Starter Kit, Xentry Pass Thru EU). Rispettare inoltre le procedure per le piccole riparazioni. La garanzia per il software è
regolamentata nelle Condizioni commerciali generali per l'utilizzo di applicazioni, contenuti di dati e altra documentazione (Xentry
Diagnostics EU Starter Kit, Xentry Pass Thru EU).
3.4. La garanzia non copre danni causati da un utilizzo non conforme. I costi derivanti da tali danni sono addebitati al conduttore. Si tratta
dei costi sostenuti per la riparazione e il ripristino.

4. Casi esclusi dalla garanzia

4.1. Per casi esclusi dalla garanzia si intendono, ad esempio, utilizzo forzato, intervento esterno, utilizzo di fonti di corrente non idonee o
utilizzo non conforme. Esempi di danni non coperti dalla garanzia:
• Display danneggiato da oggetti appuntiti (cacciavite ecc.)
• Forza eccessiva esercitata sul dispositivo (morsetti stratppati, deformazione della scatola, rotture ecc.)
• Forte imbrattamento del dispositivo (ad es. danni causati da liquidi penetrati nella scatola, segni colorati sul dispositivo)
• Apertura del dispositivo (cfr. punto 2.2)
• Rimozione di parti, fatta eccezione per quanto descritto nella rispettiva documentazione per l'uso
4.2. Per questi casi è irrilevante se il danno è volontario, involontario o causato da un incidente.
4.3. I costi per inevitabili restituzioni di dispositivi funzionanti vengono addebitati se non sono stati eseguiti i controlli o le istruzioni
prescritti dallo User Help Desk (UHD). Tra questi rientra, ad esempio, l'autodiagnosi SDconnect.

5. Software
5.1. Per l'utilizzo di applicazioni, contenuti di dati e altra documentazione, fare riferimento alle Condizioni commerciali generali (Xentry
Diagnostics EU Starter Kit, Xentry Pass Thru EU).

6. Documentazione
6.1. Documentare sempre in un inventario d'officina il numero di sistema di Xentry DiagnosticsEu Starter Kit e il numero di serie del
proprio Multiplexer SDconnect.
6.2. Aggiornare la documentazione se il dispositivo viene sostituito! Se l'inventario d'officina non viene aggiornato, possono insorgere costi
a carico del conduttore dovuti a blocchi erronei dei Multiplexer SDconnect.

7. Ubicazione del Multiplexers SDconnect

7.1. Informare Daimler AG o l'UHD in merito ai nuovi siti in cui viene regolarmente utilizzato il Multiplexer SDconnect. A tale scopo,
utilizzare il "Modulo per il trasferimento“. In questo modo si favorisce una consegna affidabile dei DVD di aggiornamento.

8. Fine del contratto

8.1. Il contratto scade dopo 36 mesi di utilizzo. La data esatta della fine del contratto è disponibile nel sistema informativo INFO. Al
termine del contratto di noleggio, restituire il Multiplexer SDconnect al momento della ricezione della richiesta scritta da parte di
Daimler AG.
8.2. Al termine del contratto di noleggio, restituire il Multiplexer SDconnect nella sua valigetta con l'adesivo di restituzione ricevuta.
8.3. Non restituire i cavi ricevuti in dotazione. Questi cavi possono eventualmente essere utilizzati per altri scopi.
8.4. Alla fine del contratto di noleggio, decadono i diritti di garanzia e assistenza.
8.5. Per una nuova ordinazione di un Xentry Diagnostics EU Starter Kit, visitare il TechInfo-Shop alla pagina http://www.techinfo-shop.de.

9. UHD
9.1. Informare immediatamente l'UHD di difetti, danni o anomalie riscontrati sul Multiplexer SDconnect. Se prima non viene contattato
l'UHD, non sarà possibile sostituire il dispositivo!
9.2. A tale scopo, tenere a portata di mano i dati seguenti:
• Codice cliente
• Numero di sistema di Xentry Diagnostics EU Starter Kit e numero di serie di Multiplexers SDconnect
• Descrizione del guasto
• Tentativi di risoluzione del problema (ad es. verbale per autodiagnosi SDconnect)
• L'attuale numero di telefono e fax
• Il proprio numero di chiamata se per il dispositivo difettoso è già stata aperta una chiamata
9.3. Non inviare mai un Multiplexer SDconnect difettoso per la sostituzione se prima non si è ricevuto un numero di chiamata (numero di
riferimento) da parte dell'UHD!

10 Sostituzione in caso di difetto
10.1. Non inviare mai un Multiplexer SDconnect difettoso per la sostituzione se prima non si è ricevuto un numero di chiamata (numero di
riferimento) da parte dell'UHD!
10.2. Tutti i dispositivi sostitutivi che vengono messi a disposizione per la sostituzione in caso di difetti sono stati testati e risultano
completamente funzionanti e pronti per l'uso. Qualora un dispositivo sostitutivo risultasse non funzionante o pronto per l'uso, o
addirittura presentasse danni dovuti al trasporto o ad altre cause, il conduttore può presentare reclamo. Sono comunque esclusi segni
di usura di lieve entità che non pregiudicano le condizioni di funzionamento e di impiego del dispositivo.
10.3. Restituire i Multiplexer SDconnect difettosi ricevuti immediatamente dopo aver ricevuto il dispositivo sostitutivo utilizzando per la
spedizione l'imballo originale in cui è stato ricevuto quest'ultimo. Se la restituzione non viene effettuata entro 5 giorni lavorativi,
Daimler AG si riserva il diritto di addebitarVi una multa forfettaria pari a € 1.600, nonché di applicare per i casi di sostituzione futuri la
procedura secondo quanto indicato nelle Condizioni commerciali generali per sistemi d'officina – noleggio, Xentry Diagnostics EU
Starter Kit, Pass Thru EU Kit.
10.4. Di norma, i cavi e gli altri articoli accessori sono esclusi dalla restituzione.
In caso di restituzione del Multiplexer SDconnect difettoso, non rispedire i seguenti componenti:
• Cavo
• Alimentatore
• Accumulatore
• Adattatore LAN USB2
• Scheda WLAN
• Scheda di memoria
• Valigetta di conservazione
Separare queste parti dal Multiplexer SDconnect difettoso prima della restituzione. Se un cavo risulta difettoso, è possibile ordinarne
uno nuovo, che verrà spedito come accessorio.
10.5. Non si accettano reclami di restituzione per articoli inviati senza richiesta!

11. Spedizione per restituzione in caso di difetto

11.1. Per la spedizione del Multiplexer SDconnect, utilizzare l'imballo originale. Se non è disponibile l'imballo originale, utilizzare un imballo
idoneo che protegga sufficientemente il dispositivo. Utilizzare esclusivamente l'adesivo di spedizione di ritorno o la lettera di vettura
forniti! Se la lettera di vettura o l'adesivo di spedizione sono stati smarriti, rivolgersi tassativamente all'UHD.
11.2. Verificare innanzitutto che il numero dello Xentry Diagnostics EU Starter Kit in questione corrisponda al numero di sistema indicato
nell'adesivo di spedizione di ritorno o nella lettera di vettura.
11.3. Conservare tassativamente la ricevuta di consegna del corriere. Questo documento giustificativo consentirà di verificare lo stato della
spedizione in caso di ritardo o mancata consegna e di evitare un addebito dei costi.
11.4. Di norma, i cavi e gli altri articoli accessori sono esclusi dalla restituzione. Tra questi rientrano le batterie, l'alimentatore, la scheda
WLAN e l'adattatore LAN USB2. Separare queste parti dal Multiplexer SDconnect difettoso prima della restituzione.
11.5. Evitare danni da trasporto imbottendo l'imballo e chiudendolo accuratamente con nastro adesivo.
11.6. Per garantire il corretto svolgimento dell'importazione, specificare le informazioni contenute nella fattura pro-forma e allegarle ai
documenti di spedizione.
11.7. Se la procedura di spedizione prescritta viene rispettata, i costi per la restituzione in caso di sostituzione in garanzia non verranno
addebitati al conduttore.
11.8. Daimler AG si assume le spese di spedizione solo se viene rispettata la procedura descritta. In particolare, è necessario che
l’imballaggio sia adeguato e che nella spedizione sia incluso l’indirizzo corretto e la documentazione prevista. Se la procedura non
viene rispettata, Daimler AG si riserva il diritto di addebitare i costi sostenuti al cliente (ad es. costi aggiuntivi di sdoganamento).

12. Danni causati dal trasporto

12.1. Qualora vengano riscontrati danni causati dal trasporto, il conduttore può rivalersi sul corriere presentando il relativo reclamo scritto.
Se il danno è riconoscibile all'esterno (danni visibili) al momento della ricezione della merce, il corriere dovrà confermare firmando il
documento di accompagnamento. Consegnare immediatamente una copia del reclamo scritto al corriere, comunque non oltre tre
giorni dalla ricezione.
12.2. Qualora il danno non sia immediatamente riconoscibile (danno nascosto), la comunicazione scritta dovrà pervenire al corriere entro
sette giorni.
12.3. Inviare per fax all'UHD il report compilato relativo ai danni.

13. Furto
13.1. Stipulare sempre una polizza assicurativa contro il furto con copertura adeguata per il Multiplexer SDconnect. Chiudere sempre il
dispositivo al termine del lavoro e conservarlo in locali sicuri.
13.2. In caso di furto, presentare immediatamente denuncia presso le autorità di polizia locali e richiedere un verbale. Informare infine del
furto l'UHD.
13.3. Confrontando l'inventario d'officina con i Multiplexer SDconnect presenti in officina, verificare quale numero di sistema o di serie del
Multiplexer SDconnect risulta mancante.
13.4. Indicare correttamente nel modulo "Report di furto" il numero di sistema e il numero di serie del dispositivo rubato. Questi dati
servono a Daimler AG per bloccare immediatamente il Multiplexer SDconnect, che risulterà quindi non più utilizzabile.

13.5. Qualora, a causa di dati non corretti, venisse disabilitato un Multiplexer SDconnect errato, il conduttore dovrà corrispondere una multa
forfettaria di 250 euro per ogni Multiplexer SDconnect disabilitato erroneamente. Se non viene indicato alcun numero di serie del
Multiplexer SDconnect rubato, verranno bloccati tutti i Multiplexer SDconnect prenotati per l'officina, onde evitare altri abusi.
13.6 Inviare per fax all'UHD il report di furto compilato, completo del numero cronologico ricevuto o della copia della denuncia di furto
presentata alla polizia. Se il Multiplexer SDconnect è stato rubato, ordinare immediatamente un nuovo Xentry Diagnostics EU Starter
Kit.

Allegare il verbale del test. L'invio errato di un Multiplexer SDconnect integro a causa di un test non completato può causare ulteriori costi che
