Dear Mr A Rudduck

RENT SUBSIDY REVIEW - YOUR NEW RENT AND WATER CHARGE

This letter is to advise you of your new rent and water charge.

We recently completed a rent subsidy review for your household.

Our assessment has determined that you are eligible for a rent subsidy.

Your new rent

Your rent will be $76.55 per week, which commences from 26 April 2021. Your
new rent is based on your household income details shown in the Rent
Assessment Details table at the end of this letter.
Your new water charge
Your new water charge will be $4.00 per week, which commences from 26 April
2021. This charge is based on whichever is lower: 5.2% of your rent, or $9.40
(the amount at which water charges have been capped).

If you disagree with our decision, you should first discuss your concerns with us
by contacting your local office shown at the top of the page. If you still believe we
made the wrong decision, you can ask for a formal review of the decision. For
information on how a formal review works, read the Appeals and Reviewing
Decisions fact sheet or the Client Service Delivery and Appeals policy available
from our website www.housing.nsw.gov.au.

Changes to your household or income

You must tell us in writing within 28 days of any changes to the income or assets
of yourself or any household member. It is important that you do this because we
do not receive this information automatically from Centrelink.
