HR - Admin Director
+ Admin
- Taking responsibility for day-to-day general administration activities to ensure company in
smooth operation.
- Managing the company’s assets and documents.
- Assisting the Chairman and CEO on working schedule in Vietnam, travel schedule update,
accommodation arrangement.
- Prepare and make all reports, documents for relevant organizations and authorities as

Executive Assistant to Chairman and CEO


- Support Chairman, CEO monitor and supervise the activities of the departments and
sections in implementing the goals and plans according to their assigned functions, special
Sales and marketing function;
- On behalf of the Chairman, CEO to work with other departments, as a bridge between the
Chairman, CEO with Departments;
- Support Chairman, CEO and BOM building and implementing the strategy and work plan
for the whole company;

includes:
* Team Management:

Recruitment: responsible for overall recruitment activities (receiving the personnel


requirement, Announcing the recruitment information, Interviewing candidates, Offering
and follow onboarding)
Organization Effectiveness: assess and align team structures and people processes to
Business Goals/Strategy; rationalize headcount requests using external span of control and
other benchmarks

Talent Management: facilitate talent assessment process across the teams and help managers
create specific action plans to develop and grow employees; oversee sensitive employee
relations issues directly with ER and Legal to manage performance issues timely and
thoughtfully.

Performance: lead the PDP review and KPIs setting process and ensure the reviews are
conducted in a professional way. Based on feedback of PDP reviews.

Coaching & Development: work with senior leaders and managers across the teams to
improve/enhance their leadership effectiveness with day to day advice and counsel and
continuous feedback

Culture & Engagement: play a key role in action planning around Employee Voices Survey
results; help drive communications/changes to create a culture of clear roles and
responsibilities and transparency across the teams

- Develop and deliver an internal communications strategy
- Plan social media content plan and campaigns across social media platforms
