2. Right to participate
All chess players have the right to participate in the tournament, regardless of the title and
rating. The event is played in two groups: the "MASTERS" group for players with a minimum
standard rating of 2100 and the "AMATEUR" group for players with a maximum standard rating of
2200.
Players with a standard rating between 2100 and 2200 can choose in which group they will
play.
The rating is valid on the day of application, i.e. payment of the registration fee. The
registered participant who pays the registration fee will not bear the consequences of the change of
rating until the tournament.
The organizer reserves the right, under certain conditions, to allow the participation of a
maximum of 10 players in the "MASTERS" group who do not meet the prescribed requirements.

5. Prizes
The organizer planned a prize fund in the total amount of 25,000 € in the net amount,
distributed in 46 prizes that will be distributed to the participants. In contrast, the organizer will pay
all the corresponding taxes provided by the laws of Serbia.
In the "MASTERS" tournament, there are 15 regular prizes in the amount of 17,200 €, five
women's prizes in the amount of 2,750 € and three veteran prizes in the total amount of 600 €, as
follows:
In the "AMATEUR" tournament, 12 regular prizes in the amount of 3,250 € are planned, as
well as three special prizes for veterans (450 €), a rating of up to 1,500 € (300 €) and a rating of 1501
- 1,900 (450 €), as follows:
"AMATEUR" TOURNAMENT PRIZES: 4.400 €
REGULAR PRIZES: 3.200 €

The player can win only one prize and the highest in terms of money. Suppose the player
acquires the right to two equal cash prizes. In that case, he/she will win the one listed according to
the order in the tournament application.

In case places are shared, regular, and women's prizes in the "MASTERS" tournament will be
divided according to the "Hort" principle. In contrast, other prizes will be divided according to
additional criteria defined in the Tournament Rules.
Participants born on December 31, 1956, and older are considered veterans.

7. Accommodation
All participants are required to book accommodation through the organizer. The prices
shown are without tourist tax, which is about 1.35 € per person per day and is paid directly at the
hotel.
The organizer has provided special conditions for players with a rating of over 2600 rating
points. The number of these places is limited!

9. Payments
All payments for accommodation and registration fees have to be made through the Serbia
Chess Federation bank account.
