COMPROMISE AGREEMENT
Parties in this case, assisted by their respective counsels
have agreed to enter into the following terms of compromise
agreement as full settlement of the claim and all related claims
against each other in the interest of peaceful and orderly
completion of things to be done as a result of the compromise
agreement;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the Petitioner is the biological Grandmother


of the minors Althea Glory Macato Nikazy, Artagnan Bryce
Macato Nikazy, Avielle Joyan Macato Nikazy And Arya Sofia
Macato Nikazy;
WHEREAS, the respondent Bryan June Felipe Nikazy is
the biological father of the Althea Glory Macato Nikazy,
Artagnan Bryce Macato Nikazy, Avielle Joyan Macato Nikazy
And Arya Sofia Macato Nikazy;

WHEREAS, the parties in this case together came to an


agreement that the custody of the minors stated herein shall
be left to their biological father for the best interest of the
minors;

NOW THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF


THE FOREGOING PREMISES, the parties have mutually
agreed upon the following terms and conditions/clauses:

1. That, the respondent Bryan June Felipe Nikazy shall


have the full custody and parental authority over his
minor children namely Althea Glory Macato Nikazy,
Artagnan Bryce Macato Nikazy, Avielle Joyan Macato
Nikazy And Arya Sofia Macato Nikazy;

2. That, the Petitioner shall be allowed to visit the minors


during holidays, weekends, during vacation or when
the minors have no academic nor extracurricular
activities in school;

3. That, the visitation rights of the Petitioner shall be


allowed only during day time. Sleep overs or vacation
trips of the minors with the Petitioner shall only be
allowed after a written consent from the Respondent is
obtained;

4. That, Petitioner shall not in any way impede, prevent


or obstruct the pending Petition of the minors to be
immigrant of the United States and that the Petitioner
undertakes to fully cooperate with the Respondent for
the necessary consent that are material to the said
process of immigration;

5. That, the Petitioner shall also undertake to fully


cooperate with the Respondent if the adoption of the
minors is proven to be necessary for them to be
migrated to the United States;
6. The Compromise Agreement upon its signing and
approval the court shall be considered final, executory,
and can no longer be appealed. Parties in this case
mutually waives whatever claim and counterclaims
that they may have against each other whether past,
present or contingent that are related to the subject of
this compromise.
