    THIS IS A REQUEST FOR CONFIRMATION OF CASH ON HAND UNDER YOUR CUSTODY.

    Our auditors, SYCIP, GORRES, VELAYO & CO, are now engaged in an audit of our financial statements. In
    connection therewith, they desire to confirm the balance of the Petty Cash/Revolving Fund under your custody at
    December 31, 2020.

    Please state in the space below the amount of the Cash on Hand under your custody at that date.

    After signing and dating your reply, please mail it directly to SYCIP, GORRES, VELAYO & CO., PO Box 589,
    1099 Manila, Philippines or 6760 Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Philippines, Attention of, Partner-in-Charge. A
    stamped, addressed envelope is enclosed for your convenience.

    However, in the light of our reportorial requirements, we would request the same be transmitted to our auditors on or
    before June 25, 2021 via facsimile # ( (Partner-in-Charge).
