Introduction:

Cheese stick business planned by Jay Lord B. Tayong a Bachelor of


Science in Tourism Management student of University of Southern Mindanao. This
business may focus to the wants of the people and it is easy to prepare. It can be
cook at home or any place that is clean and free from dust, dirt and many more, so
that the business product may not failure.

My business is to give happiness to everyone especially to the children


that easily attracted in sweets. It may fade your negative energy, refreshing your
mind because of the delicious sweet and sour cheese stick. My product attracted
your attention because of the milky coloured soy sauce. One of the goals of my
business is to make my Cheese stick popular in the locality. My excellent customer
service culture, highly secured facility will serve as a competitive advantage. I want
the loyalty of each customer so that it will grow my business bigger.

To provide Filipino families with delicious, healthy and affordable cheese

Our vision statement:

To become the best-selling cheese stick in the barangay kilada and to


become localy known for importing and exporting the most delicious cheese stick in
town.

Objective:

I want to build a business of dedicated workplace who’s will go all the way
to ensure that our customer are satisfied, enjoy with cheese stick that bought from
our store. I included also their safety and progress of loyalty.

Performance Target:

Cheese stick business ensure that they target location where they can
easily attract children because of the delicious sweet and sour cheese stick and the
children are the major consumer of the product.

Cheese stick business will be operating of payment options, wide rang of


product if it has a progress. It create a big improve in the business and my excellent
customer culture will count as a strong strength for our business because we
believed that “Customer is a half blood of the business”.

A. This business needs only a small capital to start it. With an amount of

you want to have more or lot of cheese stick, you can add more capital.

I offer a service to other employees and client and advertise other

communities. Distributes to the other places so it may known and the

business may not failure and to start delivery services so that I can find

opportunities to offer service purchase new and make more cards to

earn a business license and to make our business stable.

Cheese stick ensures that my target location where they can easily attract

children because of the delicious sweet and sour cheese stick and the children are

the major consumers of the product. Also teenagers, old and others may attract on it.

As long as they want to buy, it is available for all because it faded their problems,

negative energy and refreshing their mind. This business mostly sale in schools,

fiestas and other events that we able to sale it all. Customers can save money for

this cheese stick is cost only ₽ 5.00. It’s very crunchy, sticky and creamy because of

cheese inside with matching sweet and sour soy source that made our business

more delicious from others.

We can eat this anytime and anywhere that’s why cheese stick is good and fit

always in our daily motion. This product produces creamy and sticky if it is hot but it

is still yummy even it does not store in an oven. Customers can avail this cheese

stick because it is very affordable as well as it give happiness to everyone. Taste

good, creamy, delicious and sweet as well.

lumpia and etc. that affect to our business by losing some customers. Almost all of

the producers and manufacturers of this product are people like me that has a great

goal and aiming progressive life to survive. This product was deliver by myself in

every store I saw or wanted to have to increase their income and sold it to them. And

they would sale it to with a profit also. Or I must go in a place wherein I can sale my

products easily like plaza barangays or schools.

My cheese stick business will let you satisfy and provide happiness to your lips.

Your needs and wants will be provided. My cheese stick is made is made manually

but surely it taste so good. It is not made by machine but it is home-made cheese

sticks that open for everybody. It is healthy conscious consumer and they could get

different nutrients and really affordable.

VII. The Enter price Strategy and Enter price Delivery System

Cheese stick delivery will be done by me as a vendor also. I will also let

another people to sell cheese sticks. I will just give them payment for their effort.

Their payment will be based on how much income they gained in the product that

they sell. If there will be orders from other places, the delivery will be free as long as

the distance is below 10 kilometer. If the distance is above 10 km. each 1 km have

payment of ₽ 50.00. The cheese stick makes product and distributes it to customer

as well as events and much of has advertising currently. This business is not large
enough to handle by myself I need extra employees and within next month we hope

to have a big branch in the city of Cotabato.

the product. It is estimated that our business earned per month and a cents per day

also includes projects of sales and annual earnings.
