    DEED OF SALE OF VEHICLES

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This DEED OF SALE, entered unto at the place and on the date hereinbelow
    written, by and between:

    ROLANDO R. HUANG, of legal age, Filipino and with office


    address at G-033 Rizal St., Palanginan, Iba, Zambales, hereinafter
    referred to as the “VENDOR”,

    - and -

    JESSE P. BAL, of legal age, Filipino and with residence address


    at Brgy. Concepcion, General Tinio, Nueva Ecija, hereinafter referred to
    as the “VENDEE”.

    WITNESSETH:

    That the VENDOR is the lawful and registered owner of the following vehicles,
    more particularly described as follows:

    That for and in consideration of the sum of PESOS: ONE MILLION FOUR
    HUNDRED THOUSAND & 00/100 (Php1,400,000.00) only, receipt of which in full from
    the VENDEE is hereby acknowledged by the VENDOR, by virtue of these presents, the
    VENDOR does hereby sell, convey and transfer the aforementioned motor vehicles unto
    the said VENDEE, his heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest, on an “as is, where is”
    basis, free from all liens and/or encumbrances whatsoever;

    That it is hereby mutually agreed that the VENDEE shall bear all the expenses in
    the registration of this Deed of Sale and the transfer of ownership with the Land
    Transportation Office (LTO);

    That it is likewise agreed hereto by the parties that the VENDEE shall hold the
    VENDOR free and harmless from any consequence arising from any accident involving
    the subject vehicles and that VENDEE shall assume full responsibility for such
    consequence.
    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we hereunder affixed our signatures this ____ day of
    March 2016 at Iba, Zambales, Philippines.
