    Based on assessments given in Q1-Q2, teachers at Sta. Brigida Elementary School found that: 1) Many students struggled with analyzing test questions and answering without support. Teachers provided remedial activities and talked to parents for help. 2) Students had difficulty understanding English lessons. Teachers simplified activities and communicated with students and parents for follow up. 3) Students performed poorly in following directions. Teachers talked to parents and simplified assessments. Teachers implemented various interventions like individualized practice materials, communication with parents, and follow up on student performance.
