Review:

PK (2014) is an eye-opener movie that leaves an on-point everlasting

message, where each actors and actresses performed out their roles excellently on
places or scenes that are perfect for execution of the message. This movie shows
braveness and fearlessness despite of tackling about different perspective on
religion.

It started out with an alien, PK, coming down naked from a spaceship for a
research mission. Unfortunately, his remote control is stolen by a man and tried to
chase him but he only got the thief’s cassette recorder.

PK met Jaggu the time he was disseminating flyers where there stated,
“Missing: God”. In a cell, he told his stories to Jaggu as he captures the fears and
falsehoods that humans weave around faith, starting his desperation. He's
bewildered about how to and how to pray when he chooses to pray for his remote.

PK showed brave scenes such as getting money at temples and coconuts

provided at a church in confusion. He made himself part of varied religions
desperately just to have a single chance that God would have hear him above crying
out for his remote control back but it seems like nothing’s going well with his plea.
Creating confidence turned into hatred and it seems that he realized that all his
calls to God are “WRONG NUMBERS”, practices from different religions
somewhat offered misconceptions. His line, “If He hear directly, then what’s
need for sculpture?”, showed his wide-opened mind about creation of sculptures
for worshipping God. Yes, it does make sense. His innocence was overflowing but
his transparency for worshipping God is superb.

With the help of Jaggu, his perspective on God has shown all over the world
and speaks out many other “WRONG NUMBER” cases. Futhermore, with his urge to
stop misconceptions, it led to an argument between him and Tapasvi where it had
reached to air on TV.

The TV show where interview is done ended in making Tapasvi fool in front of
millions of people watching the show. PK pointed out that he has only one God, a
God who created all creations and not a God who is created by people as he is
referring to Tapasvi. He finally had his “RIGHT NUMBER” as he stated the line, “My
right number is simple, the God who created us all, put faith in Him.” . And
finally, he got his remote control back and had the chance to go back to his planet.

Overall, PK (2014) movie is exciting, funny, straightforward and indeed

an eye-opener for the whole wide world about our faith in God . Leaving a
message which cannot be deleted in our hearts and minds that the RIGHT NUMBER
is proclaiming that there is only one God who created all things in this world who is
meant to be worship and praise.
