MESSAGE

This plans and projects are impossible to attain and accomplish alone. It is only fair and
just to express the School Planning Team (SPT) of Catigawan Elementary School heartfelt
gratitude and profound thanks to those who, in one way or another helped make this Enhanced
School Improvement Plan (E-SIP) possible. Grateful acknowledgements of their indebtedness go
to the following persons for their assistance.

CARMELA R. TAMAYO, Ed.D., CESO VI, Schools Division Superintendent, Division

of Samar for her scholarly direction towards the making of the E-SIP.

MRS. CLARITA M. MENDA E-SIP /SBM coordinator with the Division Review
Committee members whose valuable concern and assistance are beyond compare, especially in
bringing this E-SIP into completion.

School Planning Team (SPT) which made this hard undertaking a reality.
Greatest thanks to the competent facilitators for their professional expertise, untiring

the different representatives for work activity of E-SIP for their constructive criticism, valuable
