“My Video Analysis!” by providing them the Video in a Flash

 For learners with good written communication skills and ready to
do the task with the supervision of the teacher, they are to
perform Activity 3 “Compare and Contrast”. In the event that
there will be learners who cannot attend to answer the activity
due to urban resettlement or disaster, the teacher will find time to
facilitate the discussion of the concepts as scheduled on their
respective places or evacuation area following the health
protocol.
 Presentation of answers in the activities will be done by the selected
representative from each group.
 The teacher will process the students’ response after the
presentation of each group

Activity 1
Group 1: “My Fitness Goal!”
In this activity, you will arrange the following goals according
to how it’s important they are to you. Use numbers 1 to 11, 1 being the
most important and 11 being the least important. And answer the
questions that follow. (The teacher will give an activity sheet.)
Improve Cardiovascular Fitness
Body Fat weight loss
Reshape or tone my body
Build more muscles
Increase energy level
Improve flexibility
Improve performance for a specific sport

Improve mood and ability to cope with stress

Activity 2
Group 2: “My Video Analysis!”
 Watch a performance of traditional dance and write a review of it.

 Write your answer in a clean bond paper and include the following:
1. Benefits of traditional dance.
2. Importance to the Culture & Society
3. Importance as part of lifestyle fitness.
