    TERMS AND CONDITIONS


    1.This plan is applicable to age group of 0-70 yrs only.
    2.Coverage for a single trip will be valid for the day of travel only (24 Hours).
    3.Coverage for a round trip will be valid till return to the original place or 15 days whichever is earlier.
    4.Claims for hospitalization will be on a reimbursement basis (cashless facility available ontimely intimation to the TPA).
