Note: along the different phases of instruction, write the strategies used and highlight
the three indicators to be observed reflected in the COT:
-Principle of Integration (Integration of the lesson across other learning area/s)
-Principle of Responsiveness/Equity (Differentiated Instruction)

-Principle of Technology (Good blend of low tech and high-tech but consider the
level of ICT integration, I’ll go for a level in which students are highly-engaged with the
technology)
Append the needed papers since this is a lesson exemplar, a model lesson plan such as
rubric, activity sheet/worksheet, hand-out of the ppt to be used, etc)
Example:
Attachment A: A Rubric in the Evaluation of a Student-Made Jingle on Animal
Cell
Attachment B: Activity Sheet in Identifying Parts and Structures of an Animal
Cell
Attachment C: Hand-out on the Slides Used in Teaching Animal Cell

Hot food does tend to make you feel full for longer, and this is because it increases
the time it takes for your appetite to return. Freshly cooked food has more flavour

because of the volatile organic compounds that are released, and this extra
stimulation makes the food feel more satisfying than the same nutrients eaten cold.

It’s also much harder to bolt down hot food, and eating slowly signals to your brain
that you are consuming a substantial meal – and so your brain suppresses your
appetite for longer once you’ve finished your meal.
