    SUBJECT : Age-Specific Population Projections By Region, Province and Barangay to


    be used in the Preparation of Statistical Reports for CY 2020-2025

    The Department of Health (DOH) through the Epidemiology Bureau (EB) issued Department
    Memorandum No. 2018-0381 dated November 5, 2018 and Department Memorandum 2018-
    0419 dated December 11, 2018 to address the concern of computing interim national
    multipliers; factors. This is to determine national and sub-national targets for the use of health
    sectors in tthe generation of statistical reports. In view of the 2015 Census-based population
    projection released by Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), EB was compelled to compute and
    update the age-specific population projection including projected number of household and
    promulgati ing its use.

    Relative to, this, the DM No. 2018-0381 and DM 2018-0419 are hereby rescinded. Your office is
    therefore 1 equired to use the recomputed Age-Specific Population Projection and Projected
    Number of Household in the preparation of statistical reports for CY 2020-2025. This can be
    downloaded in the DOH Website using this link: http://www.doh.gov.ph/publications/serials.
