    MINUTES OF THE LAC SESSION


    “DEVELOPMENTAL NEEDS OF TEACHERS BASED ON THEIR DEVELOPMENT PLAN”

    I. First Day

    Date: March 15,2021


    Venue: MHS-SHS Covered Court
    Time Started: 8:00 AM
    Time Ended: 4:00 PM

    The LAC Session started with a prayer led by Mrs. Julieta N. Ponce, Teacher-II followed by the singing of Bayan
    Ko led by Mr. John Carlo V. Pineda, Teacher-II. The following agenda were discussed:

    A. Professional Linkages
    Mrs. Arceli P. Mniego, Head Teacher III of Masantol High School discussed the strategies on how to be
    linked to different stakeholders.

    B. ICT
    Mr. Sherwin G. Santos, Master Teacher-I (STEM Group Head) discussed how to make a video lesson
    with the Microsoft Office 2019 and how a teacher makes a video lesson even with the use of
    smartphones.

    C. Result Focus
    Mrs. Rosally Y. Quiambao, Master Teacher-I (TVL Group Head) discussed how the teachers will be
    focus on the given task.

    D. Service Orientation
    Mrs. Irene M. Yutuc, Master Teacher-I, how teachers can be aware on taking personal responsibility for
    correcting service problems promptly to client concerns and maintain clear communication holding with
    personal pride in providing support, advice or services.

    E. Self-Assessment
    Ms. Mary Graceshelyn B. Usi, Master Teacher-I (HUMSS Group Head) how teachers can identify their
    strengths and weaknesses and able to set goals for themselves.

    Without any further concerns to be discussed, the first day of the LAC Session ended at exactly 4:00PM in the
    afternoon

    II. Second Day

    Date: March 16,2021


    Venue: MHS-SHS HUMSS Classroom
    Time Started: 8:00 AM
    Time Ended: 4:00 PM

    The LAC Session started with a short discussion about the Festival of Teaching and Demonstration Teaching of
    the Master Teachers headed by the school head, Sir Jessie R. Silvestre and the SHS Focal person, Madam Arceli P.
    Maniego. After the discussion, the four Master Teachers facilitated the LAC session for each department;

    A. HUMSS Department
    Mrs. Irene M. Yutuc, Master Teacher I in Filipino and Ms. Mary Graceshelyn B. Usi, Master Teacher I in
    English of Masantol High School conducted a demonstration teaching as part of the LAC session and
    discussed the teaching strategies based on the three indicators shown in the COT form Rating Sheet.

    B. STEM Department
    Mr. Sherwin G. Santos, Master Teacher-I (STEM Group Head)

    C. TVL Department
    Mrs. Rosally Y. Quiambao, Master Teacher-I (TVL Group Head)

    And in the third day, the session was followed by a classroom observation of Teacher I-III per department and
    post conference regarding the teachers ‘performance on the result of their observation.
