Technology Fee & Examination Fee will be charged from students as per the prospectus except for Top 500 students in Class VII, VIII, IX & X , Top 300 students in
Class XI & XII Studying Engineering & Top 300 students in Class XI & XII Studying Medical , who are exempted from this fee as a special benefit. Also note that if
the student's percentile score is less than 70, then Technology & Exam Fee would be charged and scholarship offered would be as per the percentile table.

*NECESSARY INFORMAT ION/ CONDIT IONS ABOUT CASH AWARDS:

1. A student will be eligible for Cash Award in only one category out of the two programs either Classroom / Hybrid Course or Long
T erm Digital / DLP Course, and not in both.

2. T o be eligible for Cash Award, it is mandatory for To p 100 st udent s in Medical to join our Long T erm Digital / DLP Course before
28t h February 2021 irrespective of whether they join our Classroom / Hybrid Course or not. Once the Long T erm Digital / DLP
Course Enrollment is done, it will not be cancelled in any case. T he students will have to fill separate Enrollment Form for Long
T erm Digital / DLP Course. No fee will be charged for Long T erm Digital / DLP Course. It will be 100% Free.

3. Students joining T wo Year Classroom / Hybrid Course or Long T erm Digital / DLP Course for Class XI & XII will get 40% of total
Cash Awards during Class XI (Academic Year 2021-22) which will be disbursed in 2 equal installments and remaining 60% of
Cash Awards will be disbursed during Class XII (Academic Year 2022-23) in 2 equal installments.

4. Cash Awards shall be paid by cheque. Installments will be paid by 15th June & 15th November of respective academic years by the
centre of Aakash from where the student appeared for ANT HE or enrolled in Aakash.

5. T o be eligible for Cash Award, Classroom / Hybrid Course enrolled student needs to maintain minimum 85% attendance in
classes conducted by AESL failing which will lead to discontinuation of that installment of Cash Award.

. A student should maintain good performance i.e. score an average of 65% marks in all Objective T ests conducted by AESL
(including All India Aakash T est Series - AIAT S) or maintain an AIR in T op 300 in every AIAT S as part of Classroom / Hybrid
Course or Long T erm Digital Course failing which will lead to discontinuation of that installment of Cash Award. Receipt of Books
& Study Material, dispatched by our DLP Department, is the only requirement, to be eligible for the ANT HE Cash Award
Installments, under the DLP category.

7. T he final decision in both cases i.e. clause (5) and (6) vests with the Chairman & Managing Director, AESL and his decision will be
final & binding on the student / parents.

. Students enrolling for ANT HE will be allowed complementary access to Meritnation School Booster Course for students studying
in Class X till 31st December 2020.

9. Students studying in Class X who take admission with Aakash and pay their Registration Fee, Admission Fee, T uition Fee &
Classroom Service Fee (1st Installment) on or before 28t h February 2021 will be allowed all-features access to Aakash iT utor till
31st March 2021.

10. T he scholarship criteria mentioned in Table-4 & 5 (refer ANT HE Brochure) is applicable for Regular Classroom / Hybrid Courses
