    III. Procedure
    A. Motivation

    Activity:
    SHOW ME
    Learners Should show to the class an example of farm tools and
    equipment found in their homes or yards. Then they will answer the
    following question.

    Guide Question:

    1. Name the farm tools.


    2. Tell or discuss them.
    3. Compare the significance of these tools to a farmer’s life.

    B. Lesson Proper
     Define what is CROP PRODUCTION?
     Differentiate PRE-OPERATIONAL CHECK-UP and POST
    OPERATIONAL CHECK-UP.
     What are the tools/ materials use in maintaining of farm tools?
     Steps in preventive maintenance.
     Steps in basic cleaning farm tools
     Procedure in sharpening and oiling farm tools and equipment
     Importance of proper storage of tools and equipment.
     Things to remember in storing tools and equipment

    C. Generalization
     Why we need a Pre-Operational check-up and Maintenance of
    farm and equipment’s?

    D. Application
     Rocky has a ampalaya garden, he need to spray a follar
    feltilizer. What farm tool he needs?
     Mr. Agustin needs to sharpen his bolo, what tools or materials
    he can be used?
     Mr. Cuevas needs to sharpen his bolo, but he didn’t know how
    to sharpen it. What what are the procedurein sharpening farm tools?
