    internship duration is 2 months.

    You'll participate in technically focused training, team meetings and work on
    projects and present your results. During your internship you will be supported by
    a buddy and your manager who will ensure you have a valuable learning
    experience. You will also have the opportunity to become familiar with our Health,
    Safety and Environment (HS&E) and culture of Baker Hughes.

    As an Intern, you will be responsible for:


     Completing internal strategic projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify
    business improvements learning internal software to assist with the completion
    of projects and tasks
     Collaborating with cross-functional teams, program members and interns
    including interaction and networking with business leaders
     Receiving coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and
    projects to develop your learning and skillset

    To be successful in this role you will:
     Be currently enrolled in an MBA degree with a background in the following
    disciplines: Computer science, Digital & Interaction Design, Mathematical
    Engineering or in courses related to Software Engineering, Data science, IoT,
    Cyber Security or Block-Chain etc.
     Be a high achiever and maintained a cumulative grade of 7 out of 10.
     Be fluent in oral and written English
     Have the legal right to work without restrictions in the country you have
    applied

     Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
     A strong commitment to a career in technology with a passion and aptitude
    for both software and information technology.  
     Up-to-date with current industry standards, trending software, and
    information technology development tools.  
     Solves technical challenges through regular application of common design
    patterns and identify appropriate patterns for use in problem solving.  
     Strong customer focus, ability to understand the value proposition for the
    customer,and commitment to deliver the best value proposition.  
     Able to engage positively across multiple departments to establish clarity,
    vision,and mutual trust to achieve business goals.  

     Leadership experience inside and/or outside the classroom.


     Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate
    technical problems in clear and simple terms.  
     Contributes to creative solutions and challenges the status quo.  
     Proactively learns new tools and identifies opportunities for improvement
    and promotes their adoption
