COMPANY BACKGROUND
Founded in 2014 and registered and incorporated on 23rd February 2017 Vinsmart Solution
Enterprises is a general merchandise supplies company. Its main focus is effective and efficient
provision of general merchandise and supplies to both private and government sectors. It pools
together the efforts of young minds, with great interpersonal skills and versatility to perform
duties. Vinsmart Solution Enterprises aims at provision of a wide variety of goods and
services.
Our office located at Birongo House 2nd Floor Nairobi West for effective management and
coordination of all activities involved from sourcing, packaging, and delivery to monitoring the
communication with the customers. We believe that quality performance is a result of ability to
understand client’s specific needs, and provide goods and services to resolve the demands of the
organization. We at Vinsmart Solution Enterprises, will work with you by listening,
understanding your needs and timely supply of the goods and services for effective sustainability
of your company’s / organization’s operations. These efforts substantiate our pledge to perform
all of our work in a safe manner and to meet and exceed the quality expectations of our
customers.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We at Vinsmart Solution Enterprises, as a general supplies company do understand that clients

and customers do have a wide range of requirements in different fields. We, therefore, come in
as a bridge to satisfaction of all these requirements and needs by pooling them altogether. We are
committed and strive to meet these requirements by timely supply without compromising on
quality of the products. Our supply of products and provision of services include but not limited
to:-
(i) Supply of computers and computer accessories
We at Vinsmart Solution Enterprises also do software installation, repair of computers and

maintenance of computer systems. We also do supply computers and accessories.
(ii) Supply of office furniture, office stationery and equipment.
At Vinsmart Solution Enterprises, we cater for all your office needs. Be it office leather and
fabric seats, visitors waiting seats, office desks, office workstations, office cabinets, stationery
such as writing pens, receipt books, box files etc. and or other office equipment.

(iv) Supply of mineral distilled drinking water
We supply purified and distilled drinking water in various quantities ranging from 500ml,
1000ml, 10 Litres and 20 Litres or more as per customers’ requirements. At Vinsmart Solution
Enterprises we also can brand the bottled water as per specifications of the client.

(v) Provision of Safaricom, Telkom and Airtel airtime.
We at Vinsmart Solution Enterprises do understand that communication is very paramount in a

given organization. We therefore provide calling scratch cards and airtime to our customers.
They include calling cards from all network providers in Kenya such as Safaricom, Airtel and
Telkom. We are here to keep you connected every time, anywhere.
