     Respected Sir,
     
    At the outset we want to introduce AIMS, Durgapur as one of the leading Management colleges in
    Eastern India conducting management courses like Bachelor in Hospital Management, (BHM),
    Bachelor in Hotel Management (BHSM), BBA, and BCA under MAKAUT (Kolkata). We, at AIMS,
    has been continuously striving towards academic excellence since our inception in 1996.As a premier
    management college we always focus on training and placement and our success and reputation lies on
    it. Hospital Management is one of the most sought after applied management courses where industrial
    training or Internship plays a pivotal role.
     

    This is to bring to your kind notice that few of our college students of BBA – Hospital Management
    (Second Semester), are interested to undergo an Internship at your esteemed organization. They are
    supposed to undergo their 3 months Internship from 20th July, 2021 onwards at your esteemed
    Hospital.

     
    In this regard I am requesting you to kindly allow these students to pursue their 3 months Specialization
    Training Programme in your esteemed organization from 20th July, 2021 onwards  and oblige. We will
    be highly obliged if this permission is granted for your kind perusal and consideration.
     

    We are looking forward to a long term association ship with your esteemed organization.  The list of
    students is attached herewith.
