Brief Summary
Here’s a brief summary of my investment

games. This game was created by Madam
Atiqah to simulate how it would be like to
buy and sell stocks but based on the actual
market prices of the stocks. The game
started with RN500,000 for me to trade
any stocks or warrants. From there I was
able to decide which stock to buy and sell.
We ended this investment games by the 8th
week, I would like to say that I wasn’t able
to understand the process if buying or
selling but after a few weeks , I did fine.
Below are the reports for when I traded
during the investment games
Weekly Reports
WEEK 1
During the first week of the investment games, I was honestly excited to
start, that’s when I bought and traded a lot of securities until my balance was
not enough to buy anymore. My experience level on buying and selling shares
would be on a rate of 3 if it were from 1 to 10. I didn’t really research on the
stock itself as to what my lecturer always told me to do. I suffered losses
during this entire first week. Which gave me no interest to continue. But with
my lecturer always whatsapp messaging about the stocks that are cheap. I
never lose hope. I was in a profit and loss situation at the end of the first week.

Once I reached the second week, I have realised that I didn’t have
enough knowledge on how to read the stock itself, whether it was suitable or
can allow myself to gain profit. So during the second week I only purchased
one stock while researching to avoid any risk when buying the next stock.

When week 3 came by, I wanted to try dealing with warrants because
my friend tried it and he became a millionaire in the game. Still needed more
research. However, I was able to let go some of the stocks that I have been
holding for a period of time.

At this point, I realised that buying warrants isn’t an easy thing to do. It’s
not easy for someone who is confused on how the warrant works. So I decided

Even though the investment games lasted for 8 weeks, at week 5 was
the last week I performed any transaction. This is because I became too
inactive when playing the game. Of course during this week there was a lot of
buy and sell. There are stocks which weren’t sold at all until the end. I should
take this as a motivation to improve myself better when playing this
investment games in the near future.
