TRAINING ACTIVITY NUMBER SIGNIFIFCANT LEARNING ACQUIRED

/SPECIFIC TASK OF (Minimum of 300 words)
HOURS

 Getting to Know You  10 HRS       This task makes me so happy because it allows
Creative me to introduce myself to my trainer and co-
workers. It shows my ability to meet new people
confidently. This task was not just a simple one
 Photo Permission  100 HRS
because it was way more creative. Our trainer gave
us an option on what form of creativity we should
use. I used "IG Carousel" because for me it is
much easier. Since Naga City Guide is a company
that uses creativity and marketing to serve clients,
this task gives me an aptitude that will help me
find my desired task and team. It is not very
challenging because knowing everyone is very
important since it will allow us to become more
comfortable with each other while doing the
tasks.

 Asking permission is the best option legally,

and it provides more protection. In our Task 2,
which is Photo Permission, our mentors assigned
us to ask a photo of someone who went to a place
that Batch 1 listed. I chatted with all the pages and
people that visited that particular place to ask
permission to use their photos for promotional
purposes. It was a major challenge for me because
it is hard to collect photos and some were not
replying to my chats. Our team leader divided the
places so that our task would end early. There were
many places that could be found in Naga City, and
I think knowing this will be a great help to
everyone, because it will be much easier to find
places when you visit Naga City. There was
significant learning that I acquired. First is that I
got some opportunities to get to know all the
places in Naga City and it was fun thing to event
though it is challenging. The second is that I
learned how to be patient. Being patient helps me
have a clearer knowledge of what I am doing.
These tasks are not all about looking for a place,
but they are also about building up our capability
and teamwork.
