    RESPONSE TO REPLY - AFFIDAVIT

    I, BOB SALANDANAN, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married and a resident


    of Brgy. DELA PAZ, BINAN City, Laguna, Philippines, for myself and in behalf of
    my co-respondents, in response to the REPLY-AFFIDAVIT, after being duly sworn
    to hereby depose and say:

    1. That the General Power of Attorney in favour of complainant, and the


    Special Power of Attorney in favour of Geraldine Limpin are deemed nullified by
    the Deed of donation subsequently executed; and the demand letter of Charles
    Fuentes is considered of no effect after the execution of the deed of donation;

    2. That the alleged falsification of the WAIVER OF RIGHTS against


    FERDINAND E. LARA was dismissed by the Investigating Assistant City Prosecutor
    of Cabuyao City, Laguna;

    3. That the Conditional Deed of Sale annex M in favour of ALPIO P.


    CABARRUBIAS and EDELYN C. CABARRUBIAS, AND THE ACKNOWLEDGMENT
    RECEIPT signed by LEONILA T. ESTEBAN, and the DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE
    ANNEX O in favour of ALPIO P. CABARRUBIAS and EDELYN C. CABARRUBIAS are
    of no effect after the registration of the Deed of Donation; under the law when
    there are two Deeds of Absolute Sale executed by the owner in favor different
    persons or buyer, the one that registered the document first is considered to be
    the owner.

    4. That I am executing this affidavit in response to the REPLY-AFFIDAVIT of


    the complainant.

    5. That in the complaint, it is not alleged that the respondents forged the
    signature of the donor LEONILA T. ESTEBAN;

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this ___ day of April
    2019 at Calamba City, Laguna, Philippines.
