    Preparation
    ❖ Use 1 PC have these files
    - Create 1 USB boot (use “rufus 3.11p” )
    - Download “UltraISO” software and crack it
    - Vsphere ESXI 6.5.iso
    - Vsphere center server appliance 6.5 ( or 6.7 ) ( vcsa 6.5.iso , vcsa 6.7.iso )
    + Vsphere EXSI 6.5.iso and vcsa 6.5.iso

    Install Vsphere ESXI 6.5


    • Mount Vsphere ESXI 6.5 to the CD Drive with UltraISO

    • Open CD drive, copy all file and save it to a new location (ex: New folder (2) in
    disk D)
    • Open New folder (2), open BOOT.CFG with Notepad
    • Add to the line “kernelopt=runweasel “ this sentence “ allowLegacyCPU=True “,
    save and close it.

    • Open UltraISO , choose New folder (2) , select all files , and “Add”
    • Choose File -> Save as… -> choose location and name of ISO file -> Save
    • Use Rufus3-11p to create USB boot

    • Power on PC which you want to install Vsphere ESXI (host server), boot with
    USB
    • Choose storage disk, usually your SSD

    • Choose keyboard Layout


    • Choose root password . Root is the host account of this server, only root can
    change setting of server.Becareful when set password for it

    • Fress F11 to install, After install , server will reboot.


    • Fress F2 to change setting -> login to root account

    • Change IP to STATIC in “ Configure Management Network “

    • Save and reboot server.


    • Now we can use the IP of this server to login it from another device

    Assign the key license for Vsphere ESXI 6.5 : JV425-4H100-VZHH8-Q23NP-3A9PP


    • Go to Virtual Machines to create new virtual machine inside this server

    Install VCSA 6.7


    • Mount vcsa 6.7 ISO file to CD drive

    • F:\vcsa-ui-installer\win32 , run the “Installer” application


    • Choose first option
    • Select data storage

    • Choose disk , enable Thin Mode


    • When the setup finish , choose continue to go to stage 2
    • Set time synchronization and enable SSH access
    • Disable “Join…(CEIP)”

    • When the installation finish , you can login to the address which you setup for
    vcsa 6.7
    • Choose launch with HTML5
    • Login with the account : administrator@..... (domain name)

    Choose “ Host and Clusters” to connect with host server


    • Give name to the datacenter

    • Right-click to the datacenter-> add host…


    • Login to the root account of host server

    • Just next to the end , you will see your host server here
    Assgin license for vsphere client 6.7
    • Choose Menu-> administration

    • Copy this key to the box : 0A0FF-403EN-RZ848-ZH3QH-2A73P


    • Go to this tab
    • Choose the key and check the assignment . OK
