ANALYSIS
1. How does the human body impose limitations or possibilities of transcendence?

Living a life without limit is impossible to us humans. Human body impose limitations or
possibilities of transcendence through limited ways, minds and finite energy. There are many
things that limit our body to transcend. The reason is that our human body must be ready so
that we can transcend, because our body will impose limitations or possibilities of
transcendence unless we are prepared. Our human body impose limitations through of our
mindset. Humans have different ways and mindset but it is finite, so therefore humans can
achieve the ability to transcend depends on its mindset but it is still limited because our body
will impose possibilities of transcendence if we already in our limit. We humans can break our
limitation, however we accept that our human body is limited and will always be finite.m

My Limitations Plans Towards Transcendence


I can only spend between 14-35 hours of  Prioritize my schedule in studying
studying per week.  Steal a nap
 Engage exercise
I can only spend between 2 hours in working  Time management
physically ( no relax)  Try doing exercise to increase stamina
 Drink some energy drinks
Controlling anger  Engage in meditation
 Practice calmness
 Listen in some brain harmonics in
YouTube
Thinking skill or ideas in life  Do other good things
 Try some event (to have experience in
other things)
 Engage in music ( learning music help
brain improve)
Thinking/plans what to do in the future  Be friends with a dreamer
 I will surround with successful people
 Ask advices to my friends (ate or kuya)
that is already successful in life
