Summary of Findings, Conclusions and Recommendations

This chapter contains summary of findings, Conclusions and Recommendations

of the Researchers with regard to the Motivating factors of buying and selling in online

shopping. This study aimed to determine the motivating factors of buying and selling in

online shopping. Interview question as regards to the study were used to gather

information. Thorough data analyzing on the transcript was used is to know the reasons

that motivates them in buying and selling from online shopping. After the rigid

analyzation of data, the findings were formulated.

Summary of findings

Based on the findings that the most motivating factors are convenient, save time,

income and more affordable products when it comes to online shopping. Also, it was

found from the transcript of the answer of respondents are they satisfied and contented

when it comes on this kind of flat forms. building a long-term partnership between the

customer and only the customer loyalty to the seller but also indicated the quality of

services and products. Customer satisfaction leaded to a lot of effects and it was known

to be an indicator of people future income.

Also, taking an example into consideration, the customer motivation would be impacted

when their friends or families were shopping aside on, they have impact for them to

doing online shopping because recommendations from families and friends decreased
the consumers level of risk perception for shopping online, in meantime, the desire for

customer to purchasing would upgrade.

However, the social media has led to the emergence of social hopping community

which is an online shopping website to provide a platform for consumers to connect with

the sellers and to discover, share, recommend, and do shopping online. Also, that the

buyer and seller make sure if the web site they visit is right or legit because some of the

web sites are not real nowadays you should be knowledgeable when it comes to online

because there so many scammers out there.

Conclusion

Therefore, the researcher conclude that the more buyers seek the information before

purchasing, the bigger their perception that their decision is accurate. And customers

can purchase items from the comfort of their homes or workplace. Because that online

Shopping is made easier and convenient for the customer through the internet. It is also

easy to cancel the transactions. Saves time and efforts. And also, technology has made

significant progress over the years to provide consumers a better online shopping

experience and will continue to do so for years to come. With rapid growth of products

and brands, people have speculated that online shopping will overtake in-store

shopping.
Recommendations

The following recommendations were made in view of the findings of the study.

1. The researcher recommend to consumer should make sure to look closely at the web

sites they are considering shopping from.

2.The researcher would recommend this study to the online shoppers as it would the

more knowledgeable and have edge to those online shoppers who have only little

knowledge about this topic.

3.The researcher recommend that the online sites shall to make genuine transaction

and provide security to the transaction to increase customer loyalty. Also, the online

sites should be a customer friendly for easy purchasing of products.

4. The researcher recommend that the online sellers provide a better return policy for

the convenient of the customer.

5. The researcher recommend to provide truthful information about online shopping.
