    I. Who am I?
     I am Benjo T. Baquirin a 20-year-old Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW
    NCII) student. Born in Domanpot, Asingan Pangasinan in the year of June 10,
    2000. I graduated my Senior High School in Eylim Christian Academy. I am
    also a one of the honor students in Eylim Christian Academy. I also finished my
    Work Immersion during Senior High School in the Assessor’s Office as an
    encoder.
    During the Pandemic I decided to enroll in TESDA to enhance my skills and to
    prepare for my future specially to have a stable work in the future that’s why I
    enroll TESDA to improve all my knowledge and skills.

    II. Learning insights


     Learning and applying security measures of welding is the foremost vital of
    being a Shield Metal Arc Welding NC trainee because it is perfect way the most
    perfect way to upgrade my aptitudes and to know the security safety measures.
    The Teacher instructed us how to welding appropriately and the distinctive
    welding defects, causes, and cures. He educates too on how to perform groove
    welding on a carbon steel plate and steel pipe.

     As a learner some time recently, we begin to perform the welding prepare, we
    ought to know to begin with the security safeguards to dodge mischance, learn
    how to utilize the welding pole with their appropriate current circular segment,
    know the diverse positions, how to apply the crevice of the pole between the
    plates, and continuously utilize the individual defensive gear some time recently
    welding. I too learned that demeanor is superior than knowledge.
     During the preparing I can say that I have learned a parcel of things in welding.
    This serves as a great opportunity to apply for my job.

    V. Expectations (After Graduation)


     My desire as a learner of Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) is we are ready
    know the diverse welding methods, what are the security safety measures or
    strategies to avoid risks, what are the distinctive welding positions, what are the
    distinctive welding abandons, causes, and cures, what are the right handle of
    joining metal utilizing the welding rod.
