    JOINT AFFIDAVIT

    We, FATIMA JINNA BUTALID and CHRISTEN NIÑA H. BERMEJO,


    both Filipinos, of legal ages, and residents of South National Highway,
    Calindagan, Dumaguete City, having been duly sworn in accordance with law,
    hereby depose and state:

    That we have personally known the person of NADDIE


    ORILLANA for a long period of time having been her long time
    friend; That we know for a fact that the person by the name of
    "JESSA BATION" appearing in some documents and records or
    specifically in her Certificate of Live Birth and the name "NADDIE
    ORILLANA" as appearing in the records of Social Security Systems
    (SSS), refer to one and the same person and that her true and correct
    name is NADDIE MAY ORILLANA- TEJAM;

    As such, we execute this Affidavit or attest to the truth of the


    foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose that this Affidavit may
    serve.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have signed this instrument at


    Dumaguete City, Philippines, on this 24th day of February, 2018.
