    A CAD seminar was organized by Tatva Institute of Technological Studies in Modasa, India and Vertex CAD Center from Himatnagar, India. The seminar was attended by 120 students and 5 faculty members from the mechanical, civil, and electrical engineering departments. The objectives of the seminar were to make students aware of the latest trends in CAD software like SolidWorks and AutoCAD and their applications in different engineering fields. The expert from Vertex CAD Center presented on the evolution of CAD software and career opportunities.     Objectives of Seminar:

    1. To make students come to know of latest trends from old one in software tools –
    SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.

    2. To make students aware about software applications in different field of Civil,


    Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.

    Activities on Presentation:

    1. The expert from the EduCADD elaborated outlined syllabus. The speech
    commenced from revolution in software tools, e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks etc.
    and separated into two parts (For Civil and Mechanical Engineering).

    Benefits:

    1. Students got real understanding about software as against of theoretical knowledge of


    belonging subjects.

    2. Students got encouraged with clear vision on skill set demands by industries to hunt
    for job.

    3. Career counseling as an in-built of seminar – knows of short term to long term


    courses at discounted offer.
