Thank you for reaching out. I’m so sorry to hear about this situation.
Unfortunately, the City doesn’t have jurisdiction over DCYF or the court
system. I encourage you to reach out to NH Legal Assistance to see if they
would be able to review your case and provide legal assistance on the custody
issue. They may be reached at 603-668-6900.
 
If you know your child is in immediate danger of physical harm and you
believe this is an emergency situation, please do not hesitate to dial 911.
 You may also call police at the non-emergency line (603-668-8711) to
request a welfare check or to attempt to file a missing person report.  If you
have already attempted to do these things but have not heard back, please
let me know and I will check on the status of your case for you.

Hello Mayor, I am a single mother of 3 i currently only have 2 of my kids. My
oldest daughter Harmony shes 7 years old. Her father Adam Montgomery has
physical custody of her & he is currently homeless & under the influence. Dcyf
has had an open case for my daughter & didnt remove her when they witnessed
her bruises & the house at the time had no running water.. now its a year later &
dcyf has done NOTHING to help me find her. Shes supposed to be in 1st grade he
NEVER enrolled her into school this whole time. Shes missed important doctors
appointments shes had since a baby due to her disability in her eye. Please im
begging for help in finding my daughter before she Ends up like that little boy
that just passed away due to neglect through the department! My next step is
going the media to get whatever help i need to find her & bring her home safe!
