    1. DOCUMENT BRIEF

     This document details the current status of the project aforementioned.

    2. LABOUR CAMP

     We currently have 6 Cabin Houses (Double Roomed) on site out of the 16 required.
     We have proceeded to erect 4 Cabin Houses (Double Roomed) to the roof level as is shown in
    Appendix A.
     The remaining 2 Cabin Houses shall be erected after the ground floor slabs have been cast on
    06/12/2021.
     Clearing and setting out the Toilet area has commenced together with trenching to the
    proposed septic tank location.
     Currently we have 7no. beds available on site for labour use.

    3. STAFF CAMP

     There hasn’t been any progress made on the Staff Camp due to lack of funds, lack of
    materials, lack of adequate PPE and adequate labour.
     However, we have located a source for the required bricks to start construction of the proposed
    campsite.
