    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, DONALD DARYL AYOCHOK DAOEY, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and presently residing at
    Block 3 Lot 31 Tierra Novamain, Bagumbong, Caloocan City, by these presents have NAMED,
    CONSTITUTED, and APPOINTED CARMELITA ROXAS, likewise of legal age, Filipino citizen, and
    presently residing at Progressive Village, Brgy. Tagapo, City of Santa Rosa, Laguna, to be my/our true
    and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me/us and in my/our name, place and stead, to do and perform the
    following acts and things, to wit:

    1. To represent me in connection with the transfer of title of the property situated in Progressive
    Village, Barangay of Tagapo, Municipality of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna known as Block
    2, Lot 11, Phase 2A, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-645277 of the Registry
    of Deeds, Calamba Branch, Laguna;

    2. To make, sign and execute for and in my/our behalf, any documents which may be necessary
    in relation to such transfer;

    3. To deliver, and/or receive all documents, receipts, agreements, or papers in connection


    therewith;

    4. To represent and transact official business with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR),
    Registry of Deeds (RD), City Government and other government agencies in connection with
    the transfer of title of such property;

    5. To do and perform such other acts/s as may be required of him/her consistent with the
    authority given above.

    HEREBY GRANTING AND GIVING unto my/our said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to
    do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in
    and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I/we might or could lawfully do if personally
    present with power of substitution and revocation and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that
    my/our said Attorney-in-Fact shall do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
