    Daily safety observations were conducted at the 380 KV OHTL project site in Qiddyia area. Seven issues were identified including fire extinguishers and lifting equipment that were past their inspection dates, improper housekeeping near the workshop, a worker not wearing a helmet, and garbage/scrap not removed from the storage yard. All issues were subsequently corrected by the contractor.
