Spinach & feta cheese sandwich is savory, spicy, and full of cheese. It has
melted cheese with seasoned spinach mixture gets ready in just 20
minutes.

Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
4 slices white bread
1 package frozen spinach defrosted
Salt & pepper, to taste
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
2 garlic cloves, minced
Olive oil, as needed
4 tbsp feta, crumbled
¼ cup mozzarella, shredded
2 tbsp whipped butter

Instructions:
Heat oil in the pan.
Sauté garlic cloves for a minute.
Add spinach to bowl. Season with salt & pepper. Add crushed red pepper
and mix well.
Add spinach to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Add cheese in the pan and mix well until cheese melt.
Spread butter on the bread slices. Heat the pan and toast bread slices each
side.
Add half of the spinach mixture and cheese mixture to the bread. Top
bread slice with other.
Toast bread slices in the pan with little bit of butter until golden.

Jalapeno Cheddar Cornbread

Jalapeno cheddar cornbread is an exciting sandwich with roasted corn and

Ingredients:
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 onion, diced
2 jalapenos, diced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2-3 green onions, chopped
2 cups corn
2 cups corn meal
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp cayenne pepper powder
1 egg, beaten
1 cup buttermilk
8 oz white cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Heat pan and melt 1 tbsp butter. Sauté onions and jalapenos for 5 minutes.
Then add garlic, corn and green onions. Cook for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, add baking powder, corn meal, salt and cayenne pepper powder.
Mix well.
Add in sautéed corn and add half cheddar cheese also.
Pour the whole mixture into the pan.
Top with reaming cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Jalapeno cheddar cheese cornbread is ready.
Strawberry Bread

Strawberry bread is wonderful, taste sweet and perfect dessert recipe. It’s

mouthwatering bread recipe.

Cooking Time: 1 hour 25 minutes
2 cups strawberries
3 ⅛ cups white flour
2 cups white sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 ¼ cups vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 ¼ cups pecans, chopped

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease pan with butter.
In a bowl, slice strawberries. Sprinkle sugar, and keep it aside.
In the large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda.
Stir in oil and eggs in the strawberries.
Add strawberry mixture to the flour mixture and mix well. Add in pecans
and divide the batter in the baking pan.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Let it cool.
Strawberry bread is ready.
Turkey Sandwich

1/3 cup butter, cubed
1 onion, chopped
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp parsley, minced
1/4 tsp pepper

1/8 tsp dried thyme
3 cups chicken broth
1-1/4 Ib turkey, sliced
12 white bread, slices

Instructions:
Heat butter in the pan. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes.
Add in flour, parsley and seasoning and blend well.
Add chicken broth. Bring to boil.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Add turkey and cook well.
Serve on bread.
Turkey sandwich is ready.
Garlic Bread

Garlic bread is a popular bread recipe among all age groups. It’s a perfect
combination of garlic mixture on the bread and topped with mozzarella

Ingredients:
1 Ib Italian bread loaf
5 tbsp butter, at room temperature
2 tsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, mashed & crushed
1 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions:
Preheat broiler.
Cut the bread loaf in 10 slices.
Mix butter, olive oil, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper in the bowl. Make a
perfect mixture.
Spread the mixture on the bread slices.
Arrange slices on the baking sheet and broil for 5 minutes.
Remove slices form broiler. Top with cheese and again broil for 3 minutes
until cheese is melt.
Garlic bread are ready.
Ham & Cheese Rolls

Ham and cheese rolls are a yummy deep-fried recipe made with bread
slices, ham, and cheese. It’s perfectly deep-fried and rolled over in the
bread crumbs to give a crispy texture and inside melted cheese.

Ingredients:
8 slices bread
3/4 cup bread crumbs
4 oz ham, strips
3 oz cheese, strips
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups cooking oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions:
Remove the sides of the bread slices.
Heat oil in the pot.
Place bread slices in the zip lock bag and flatten.
Arrange ham, cheese strips on the bread. Roll the bread until filling is
covered.
Secure with toothpick.
Dip the rolled bread in the egg mixture and then place in the bread crumbs
bowls and coat well.
Fry for 7 minutes in the deep pot until golden brown.
Soak rolls on the paper towel.
Ham and cheese rolls are ready.
Cucumber Sandwich

Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill, lime juice, garlic powder, and
salt in the bowl. Mix well.
Cut cucumber in the strips.
Cut the bread slices sides.
Spread 1 tsp of cream cheese mixture on the sandwich. Add sliced
cucumbers, and dill. Place the second bread slice on the top.

1 eggplant, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:
Preheat broiler. Brush eggplant slices with olive oil. Place them in the

Instructions:
Cook fish stick as mentioned on the package.
Brush bread slices with garlic powder and butter.
Bake for 3 minutes each side along with fish sticks.
Remove from oven.
Line bread slices with marinara sauce.
Put 4 fish sticks on it.
Top with cheese slice and close the sandwich with other piece of a bread
slice.
Put back in the oven and melt cheese for 3 minutes.

Instructions:
In a bowl, mix cream, corn flour, sugar, vanilla essence, and raisins. Keep
it aside.
Apply butter on each bread slice.
Transfer bread slices to the greased bowl.
Stir in muesli. Pour milk and cream over the bread slices.
Sprinkle brown sugar.
Microwave for 5 minutes.

Bread Tartlets

Ingredients:
For tartlets
10 -15 bread slices
Butter, softened

For filling
1 can corn
2 tbsp capsicum, chopped
1 green chili, slit & chopped
1 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp oil
Salt, to taste

For topping
2 tbsp cheese, grated
Chili sauce, as needed

Instructions:
Remove the sides of the bread slices.
Roll slices with rolling pin to make it flatten.
Press the slices in the greased muffin tray.
Brush butter over it and bake for 10 minutes at 450°F.
To make the tartlets filling, heat oil in the pan. Add capsicum and cook for
4 minutes.
Add green chili and fry for some time.
Add corn, lime juice and salt.
The filling is ready.
To assemble, put filling into each tartlets.
Top with chili.

3 tbsp oil
1/2 cup onions, chopped

1 cup sweet corn kernels, boiled

1/4 cup cheese, grated
4 bread slices, toasted
4 tsp butter

Instructions:
Put oil in microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.
Then add onions and microwave for 2 minutes.
Add green chilies, capsicum and mix well. Microwave for 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes, corn, salt and coriander and microwave for 2 minutes.
Add cheese and mix well.
Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions.
Place bread slice on the platter and apply butter.
Put the corn mixture on spread evenly.
Repeat the same over 8 slices.

Combine every ingredient except bread loaf and olive oil in the bowl.

Spread the egg mixture salad on the bread slices and garnish with dill
leaves.

5 bread slices
1 tbsp pesto
1/3 cup tomato-basil sauce
1/4 cup mozzarella, grated

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a parchment paper on the baking sheet.

Instructions:
Grind bread slices into powder.
Transfer the bread powder to a bowl.
Add melted butter and mix well.
Pour 2 tbsp chocolate and orange spread and make a nice dough.
Take small part of the dough in hand and make a round balls.
Make 12 balls.
In the separate bowl, melt dark chocolate in double boiler.
Dip chocolate balls in the chocolate melt and stick with skewers.
Repeat the same process with 12 balls.
Refrigerate them for 3 hours.
