Farmworkers Movement Mass, Fiesta Night, Virgen de Guadalupe Dinner and Celebration, and
Chicanx/ Latinx Recognition Ceremony
o Farmworkers Movement Mass - Co-sponsored the mass with FUSO, University
Ministry, and AChA to honor the late labor organizer and civil rights activists,
Philip Vera Cruz and Dolores Huerta for campus-wide community
o Fiesta Night - Collaborated with the United Front Multicultural Commons and
Associated Student Government to provide an evening full Latin American
culture for 200+ undergraduate students to enjoy
o Virgen de Guadalupe Dinner and Celebration – Co-sponsored with AChA, MEChA,
University Ministry, United Front Multicultural Commons, Dining Services and UC
Operations to provide 400+ guests with an evening full of Aztec dancer performances, a
mass, dinner and procession.
o Served as the co-chair for the 24th Annual Chicanx/ Latinx Recognition Ceremony and
Celebration to honor the graduating class of 2019 and hosted over 400+ attendees
