I. Introduction
 Business Logo

Churrosity offers churros as its main product. It is a fried dough pastry snacks dip with
different flavor. Also, thus than churros the business also offers variety of drinks.

It is located at Gil Carlos St. Baliuag, Bulacan near different schools and colleges. Thus, it is
a good place to introduce the products to the market.

 History

Churrosity started in January 12, 2022. It created by seven (7) college student at STI College
Baliuag. They come to think what business should they offer that will be click to customers
and they come up with the thoughts of what if they make churros as their main product
because in their place there is no one who offer that product so that they started to build their
business with the name of Churrosity offering churros as main product and also a variety of
drinks that will surely enjoy by the customers.

 Mission

We are committed to provide satisfaction and quality to our customers. We always ensure
that every Churros served is of a consistent and utmost quality. We want to exceed the
expectation and needs of our customers.

 Vision

Our Vision, just like our dreams is to be one of the biggest food brand and to be recognized
worldwide for the quality of the products and services we offer.

III. The Business Proponents: Organizers with their capabilities and contributions

General Manager- GM tasked with overseeing daily business activities, improving overall
business functions, training heads of departments, managing budgets, developing strategic plans,
creating policies, and communicating business goals.

Head Marketing- responsible for their company's marketing and communications strategies, as
well as overall branding image. They prepare annual marketing plans, set the marketing budget
and analyse the market and competitors.

Assistant Marketing- marketing assistants support the work of marketing managers and
executives on projects directed at maximising company profits and developing sales strategies or
marketing campaigns.

Head Chef- controls and directed the food preparation process and any other relative activities.
Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensures the variety and quality of the
servings. Approves and “polish” dishes before they reach the customer.
Assistant Chef- An Assistant Cook, or Assistant Chef ensures the kitchen is orderly and assists
Cooks to prepare and arrange food. Their duties include cleaning the kitchen area, washing
dishes and utensils and ensuring that the Cook has everything required to run the kitchen
efficiently.

Head Finance- Head of finances means being in charge of an organization's finances and
ensuring the company is as profitable as possible. Some of the duties of a head of finance include
conducting risk management, approving or rejecting budgets, forecasting financial results, and
assessing risks in financial transactions.

Auditor- are specialists who review the accounts of companies and organisations to ensure the
validity and legality of their financial records. They can also act in an advisory role to
recommend possible risk aversion measures and cost savings that could be made.

The Fooddicted Company will be established in a rental commercial space located in Baliuag,
Bulacan. Our target market are the students nearly in Baliuag area and also the people who want
to try new food experience. We want them to try our churros because we know that it will satisfy
their curiosity and also we know that they will enjoy what our business can offer.

 Product Strategy
We will be serving churros with different types of flavor so that we can sure that the costumer
will come back and buy again to try other exciting flavors. That's our strategy to gain more
profit. The costumer will surely love our churrosity. This business aims to provide good quality
to the customers. The product and the packaging are designed together since the package is
important in preserving the foods and attracting the customers.

 Pricing Strategy

We made the price rate base on the ingredients that are used to produce the churros. But with a
very acceptable price that everyone can afford.

 Promotional Mix

Our promotional mix is typically only part of a larger marketing mix. We have four main tools
businesses use to create meaning for our product and influence the public to buy it.

Advertising, we pay to advertise our service and product to a high number of people at the same
time. Common forms of our advertisements include ads in television, newspapers, direct mail,
radio, magazines or online. Sales promotion, sales promotions are short-term incentives to
encourage people to buy our product. Examples include coupons, rebates or games and contests
that the public can participate in. Public relations, we communicate our company’s services and
image to the public. Examples can include news conferences or press releases. Direct marketing,
this strategy of ours is a more personal approach, targeting customers directly through in-person
promotions, catalogs, e-mail, telephone calls or mail.

 Branding

And for this to goal, to succeed, the management used different promotional strategies such as
tarpaulins, social media sites, flyers and brochure to promote the business and its product.

Marketing Strategies that rely to the objectives of the company:

 We produced a variety of food that is new to the society especially onlyfew offer churros
in the market.
 The company used nutritional ingredient and specialized recipes to bracethe target of our
business for the customers.
 To provide an alternative way to help solve malnutrition in the society by offering a
nutritious and healthy product.
 The company will use CRM or Customer Relationship Management forus to build
rapport and by that, customers will be loyal and trust ourcompany.
 Fooddicted Company will use Marcon Strategy that uses social media for theexposure of
our product and to gain profit for us to have a chance toexpand and become successful
business in the future.

encompasses 4 main objectives. customer satisfaction, safety, providing product information and
the maintenance of commercial viability. The effectiveness of the manufacturing food industry to
fulfil these roles is judged by the customer wishing to buy for quality and convenience reasons,
by the law of the land in meeting legal requirements for safety and labelling and by its generation
of profit in terms of commercial viability.

VIII. The Research Hypothesis

Churrosity is a company that is still in business for almost 50 years. The company ensure the
quality of the product and preserves the taste and texture of the products on how the consumer
enjoys it. Churrosity got a lot of competitors through out the years and still the consumer choose
this company as their favorite choice of churros. There are times that the company got in a
serious situation as the debt got high and pandemic still in its season. But luckily, it got hype
from different social media platforms and customers starts to become curious about the products
churrosity offers. Consumers start to go and buy some products, the demand for churrosity got
high and starts to form a franchise in different areas in Philippines. After that incident, the
company starts to grow again and giving opportunity to different people to work with the
company. As time goes by, Churrosity promoted to a lot of areas and now has 5000 employees
around the Philippines and now on establishment for franchising outside the country. Churrosity
aims to give same vibes around the world as how it offers to a lot of Filipinos.
