    EVENT PROPOSAL

    NAME OF THE CLUB: The Entrepreneurship Club of Amity Business School


    NAME OF THE EVENT: GREEN CODE
    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY/EVENT DETAILS: GREEN CODE is a virtual event
    organized by The Entrepreneurship Club of Amity Business School, Amity University Uttar
    Pradesh which aims to push young students to provide a practical aspect of preparing a pitch
    for explaining the hypothetical/ongoing green startup. The green code initiative is based on
    four pillars, which have been identified to give boost to eco-friendly entrepreneurship in
    India, not only in manufacturing but also other sectors.

    The event is based on the theme of promoting eco-friendly and green startups in India which
    would be a way of enhancing the knowledge of the people and up skilling the mindset
    towards eco-friendly startups. Green code would encourage green entrepreneurship by
    reduction of the plastic waste and introduction of the concept of up cycling. Green code
    would promote green startup product ideas in India
    TEAM SIZE: You can have maximum 2 members in your team.

    ROUND DETAILS:
    Round 1 - ECOKNOW (the quiz round)
    The knowledge of the students and how well are they informed about green
    entrepreneurship and startups in India will be tested through a short quiz.
    In this event,
    1. Venue : Virtual platform (D2C)
    2. Date : 6th SEPTEMBER, 2021
    Time: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

    Round 2 – ECOLUTION (the final round)


    Teams are required to prepare a presentation where they have to showcase how
    they would prepare a pitch explaining their hypothetical or ongoing green startup
    through a presentation of 5 minutes plus 2 minutes for Q&A session by the jury.
    In this event,
    1. Venue : MS-teams : 07hzy49
    2. Date : 9th SEPTEMBER, 2021
    Time: 2:15 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

    3. Teams need to send their presentations by 3 p.m. on 8th September at

    GENERAL RULES:

     This is a team participation event as per team’s convenience. You can


    have maximum 2 members in your team.

     It is an online event where the students can participate from all across the country.
     Each team is expected to come up with new and innovative idea, any idea
    that has been copied from somewhere will be disqualified without any
    warning.

     The presentation must be completely analyzed by the team/individual. Use


    of only freely available sources is allowed.
     The intellectual property of your code belongs only to your team.
     Participants are required to maintain decorum and be professional throughout.

    Sponsor 2 - Tenhard
    PRIZES: Winner Certificate and Runner Up Certificate for the respective Winner and
    Runner Up teams. Participation Certificate to the participants who take part in Round 1. Gift
    hampers/vouchers worth Rs. 12,000!

     PLEASE PROOF READ THE PROPOSAL BEFORE SENDING AND IT
    SHOULD BE THE FINAL ONE.
     NO ADDITION OF SPONSORSHIP WILL BE ACCEPTED ONCE THE
    EVENT GOES LIVE ON D2C.
     THE CLUB CANNOT HAVE ANY ROUND CONDUCTED THAT IS NOT
    MENTIONED IN THE PROPOSAL.
     IF IN CASE YOU HAVE A QUIZ ROUND ON D2C, PLEASE SEND THE
    QUESTIONS TO SAC ID ATLEAST 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
