After site installation, the area shall be dried, thoroughly cleaned from inside and outside and shall be free from all shop dirt, loose scale,
grease etc.
9 Inspection & Testing
Basic system administration and knowledge for basic operation and rigid operational testing in the presence of representative from
NutriAsia, Inc.
Provide hydro test result in the presence of representative from NutriAsia, Inc.
Provide Bore scope test result in compliance to Food Safety
10 Quality Assurance & Control
The Supplier shall be fully responsible for the entire installation including the final testing & turn-over
11 Performance & Guarantees
Bidder shall guarantee the materials against faulty design and services, improper material use for installation and poor workmanship, as
per commercial specifications.

On-site support for troubleshooting and repair to restore the normal operating condition of the system. The response time shall be within
twenty four (24) hours upon receipt of notification

 The SERVICE PROVIDER shall have and deploy Safety Officer and Supervisor to oversee all safety protocol and guidelines of the
client.

  The SERVICE PROVIDER shall have a manpower that is properly and fully qualified to perform the class of work provided herein, and
that all are authorized, properly trained, equipped, organized and financed to perform such work. The SERVICE PROVIDER shall
perform all works in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the contract.
 The SERVICE PROVIDER shall provide experienced and qualified manpower, tools and equipment which are capable of producing the
quality and quantity of work and materials required to complete the project as specified in the approved scope of work and
specifications, within time as specified in the approved contract.
Support Services Requirement
The SERVICE PROVIDER shall have a factory trained service representatives to furnish all installations, day to day report, test and start-up
supervision.
22 Covid Protocol, GMP and Safety Requirement
Deployed personnel during the installation should have attended mandatory plant orientations and should be provided with complete
PPE
Deployed personnel must comply with plant policies on GMP, Food Safety and Occupational Safety
Requirement/Compliance
A day prior mobilization, Safety Officer and Supervisor to attend the following:
 Safety Workplace Orientation c/o Plant EHS
 GMP & Security Orientation c/o Plant EHS
 Electrical & Facility Orientation c/o Plant Engineering
Safety Covid protocol in Marilao Plant.
Once arrived in the plant…
1. Ensure that you are wearing face mask and Face shield
2. Proceed to 1st gate guard to complete Health Assessment Checklist & Body Temperature check
3. If cleared proceed to hand washing station
4. Go to 2nd gate Guard Lobby and fill out the Visitors Slip
a. If possible, we recommend you only have one (1) companion for supplier/visitor
b. Kindly bring your own blue pen to limit contact [Blue Pen]
c. For a more efficient reception process, we recommend you arrive fifteen (15) minutes before your appointment.
5. After filling up the Visitor Slip, proceed to Company Clinic for health interview & documentation
