That I, BERNARDITA B. FERRARIS, of legal age, widow, Filipino and with

residence and postal address at Brgy. San Antonio Oton, do hereby appoint, name and
constitute ATTY. REISA MARIE EXMUNDO, of legal age, married, Filipino and
with residence and postal address at Lot 1 Block 23 Ph. 1 Deca Homes Pandac Pavia
Iloilo City to be my true and lawful Attorney to act in, manage and conduct all my
affairs, and for that purpose in my name and in my behalf to do and execute all of any of
the following acts, deeds and things, to wit:

1.) To represent me for and in my behalf in INQUIRING the status and the history
of my properties, specifically those covered by TCT No. 5445 and TCT 5446 with
the Registry of deeds;
 
2.) To represent, execute, pay the fees required, sign any and all document(s)and
paper(s) as well as claim/receive for and in my behalf said document(s)from the
concerned agencies or offices in the Philippines, as well as to do any and all acts
in order to accomplish the aforestated acts and deeds.

3.) To procure all documents, from the Registry of Deeds, The Bureauof Internal
Revenue, The Assessor’s office and the Treasurer’s Office, necessary to protect
my rights as owner of the afore-mentioned properties;

4.) To transact business in the Assessor’s Office and the Treasurer’s Office with
regards to securing copies of tax declaration, tax clearances, and certification;

5.) To transact business with the Bureau of Internal revenue regarding payment of
capital Gains, transfer tax and inquiring on the history of the Lots covered by the
aforementioned Transfer Certificates of Title;

6.) To transact business in the Registry of Deeds and to pay the fees with regards to
securing copies of the land title, certifications and other related documents;

My Attorney-in fact hereby accepts this appointment subject to its terms and
agrees to act and perform in said fiduciary capacity consistent with my best interest as
they in their best discretion deems advisable, and I affirm and ratify all acts so
undertaken.
 
That they are given the authority of substitution wherein they may authorize
another person to act in their behalf as my attorney-in-fact.
 
GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to
do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done
in and about the premises, hereby ratifying and confirming all that said attorney-in-fact
shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
 
This power of attorney may be revoked by me at any time, and shall be
automatically revoked upon my death, provided that any person relying on her power of
attorney before or after death shall be given full rights to accept the authority of my
attorney-in-fact until in receipt of actual notice of revocation.
