    Dear Sir/Madam:

    We write for our client, Romulo C. Malinao, Jr., to formally


    request for signature identification on the above-mentioned document.
    Per our client, his signature and that of his wife, Susana Malinao, were
    forged and falsified in the Deed of Sale dated 18 February 2021.

    Accordingly, we request your good Office to conduct a signature


    identification that will aid our client in taking the necessary action
    against the perpetrators of the forgery and falsification.

    In line with this, I am authorizing our client Romulo C. Malinao,


    Jr., to send this letter, submit the necessary documents, retrieve the
    signature identification report, and take all appropriate actions related
    to the request for signature identification.

    We trust that you will immediately and favorably grant this


    request.
