    JUSTIFI The researchers reason to choose this topic nowadays people that are walking in the street

    of anyone passing by to seek for help. Another reason is that Power crisis is one of the most

    common problems in the Philippines. By the help of the sensors we can minimize the wastage

    of electrical power or save our

    generated power. PIR is the type of sensor that gives us signals when anything crosses its

    rays. It is an electronic sensor that measures infrared (IR) light radiating from objects in its

    field of view A PIR-based motion detector is used to sense movement of people,animals,

    or other objects. It can also be helpful in the security systems. In many offices there are

    pavements where lights are kept switched on for the whole night and day. But if we use the
    sensor then only when it gets motion it will give a signal and the lights will be switched on.

    So this project is very low cost and also power sufficient. also it creates an opportunity for

    minimizing the load shedding in the cities and villages.

    the Study
     The study will focus on creating Led light motion detectors
    as street light, especially in dark alleys.
     The study will help individuals in avoiding dangerous
    circumstances such as crime.
     The study will help reduce electricity power consumption
    and minimize the electricity bill.

     The system only revolves on making PIR motion detector light and the use
    of arduino.
    Limitatio
     The system light will only turn on in the dark when there is motion detected.
