Deira City Centre Mall is pleased to offer you a position in our organization,as per the Terms and Conditions
given below.

1. You will be appointed as HELPER to work in Deira City.


2. You will be on probation for the first six months of your service. During this period, if your
performance is not satisfactory, your services can be terminated without notice and at the sole
discretion of the management.This period may be reduced for such period of time as deemed fit by
the management.

3. The Monthly Salary Break up is asunder;


Basic salary AED 1700
OtherAllowance AED.........
Total Salary AED 1700.00 +OT

4. This Contract will be valid for two years and renewable by mutual consent, unless otherwise
specified by either party in writing.

5. During the contract period, you are not permitted to work for any other organization. Anyviolation
of this would lead to immediate termination of your services including for feiting all benefits.

6. All the terms and conditions applicable will be as per UAE labor laws and the policies of the
organization.

7. Depending on organizational needs you may be required to work at any group organization/branch
within the UAE or in another country.

8. You will be eligible for 60 days leave as annual vacation on completion of 2 years and every 2
years there after. The leave salary will be paid on your return from leave. Leave salary will not be
paid in advance.

9. The service of the employee can be terminated at any time during the year by serving him one (1)
month notice as per UAE labor law. Likewise, the employee can also tender his resignation at any
time by serving two (2) months’ notice subject to qualified replacement andtraining.

10. All other terms and conditions will remain as per UAE labor laws.

11. All visa/employment/Insurance expenses incurred by the organization will be refunded by you, if
there is a breach in contract resigns before completion of 1 year, then you will repay all the cost
incurred by the company for making his visa.

12. All visa/employment/Insurance expenses incurred by the organization will be refunded by you, if
there is a breach in contract after completion of 1 year (but before 2 years), then you will repay the
cost of visa, equivalent to the remaining period for which you will not be working withus.

13. The cost of Emirates Identification & Status change shall be borne by you.
