All parties to the Petition shall he notified as provided by rule (6-5) A movant may present a meritorious claim under this Section ifthe allegations inthe petition establish each of the following by a preponderance af the evidence: (1) the movant was convicted ofa foreible felony; 735 ILCS 5/2-1401 @ the movant’ participation in the offense was related to him or her previous having been a vietim of domestic violence as perpetrated by an intimate partner; (8) no evidence of domestic violence against. the movant ‘was presented at the movants sentencing hearing; (4) the movant was unaware ofthe mitigating nature of the evidence of the domestic violence at the time of sentencing and could not have learned of its significance sooner through diligence; and (©) the now evidence of domestic violence against the ‘movant is material and noneumulative to other evidence offered at the sentencing hearing, and is of such a conelt- sive character tha it would likely change the sentence mposod by the origina trial court. Nothing in this subsection (b-5) shall prevent a movant from applying for any other relief der this Seetin. oF any other law otherwise available to him or her. ‘As used in this subsection (b-5): “Domesti¢ violence” means abuse as defined in Section 168 of the Illinois Domestie Violence Act of 1986, “Forcible felony” has the meaning ascribed to the term {in Section 2-8 of the Criminal Code of 2012, “Intimate partner” means 2 spouse or former spouse, persons who have or allegedly have had a child in common, or persons who have or have had a dating oF engagement relationship, (10) A movant may present a meritorious claim under this Section ifthe allegations in the petition establish each of the following by a preponderance of the evidence: (A) she was convicted of a foreible felony; (B) her participation in the offense was a direet result of her suffering from post-partum depression or post-partum psyehosis; (©) no evidence of post-partum depression oF post-par- tum peychosis was presented by a qualified medieal person at trial oF sentencing, or both; (D) she was unaware of the mitigating nature of the evidence or, if aware, was at the time unable to present this defense due to suffering from post-partum depression or post-partum psychosis, or, at the time of trial or sen- fencing, neither was a recognized mental ilness and as such, she was unable to roceive proper treatment; and (B) evidence of post-partum depression or post-partum psychosis as suffered by the person is material and noncu- mmulative to other evidence offered at the time of trial or sentencing, and itis of such a conclusive character that it ‘would likely change the sentence imposed by the original cour. [Nothing in this subsection (b-10) prevents a person from applying for any other relief under this Article or any other law otherwise available to her ‘As used in this subsoetion (b-10): ‘Post-partutn depression” means a mood disorvler which strikes ‘many women during and after pregnaney and usually oceurs during pregnaney and up to 12 months after Gelivery. This depression ean inelude anxiety disorders. “Post-partum psychosis” means an extreme form of post-partum depression which ean oceur during pregnancy and up to 12 months after delivery. This ean include losing touch with reality, distorted thinking, delusions, uuditory and visual hallucinations, paranoia, hyperactivity | rapid speech, or mania. Side Effects Suboxone Nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness, constipation, or headache may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly. To prevent constipation, eat dietary fiber, drink enough water, and exercise. You may also need to take a laxative. Ask your pharmacist which type of laxative is right for you. To reduce the risk of dizziness and lightheadedness, get up slowly when rising from a sitting, or lying position. Remember that this meclication has been prescribed because your doctor has judged that the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects. Many people using this medication do not have serious side effects. Although this medication is used to prevent withdrawal reactions, it may rarely cause opioid withdrawal symptoms (see also How to Use section). This is more likely to happen when you first start treatment or if you have been using long-acting opioicls such as methadone. If such symptoms occur, tell your doctor or pharmacist right away. Severe (possibly fatal) breathing problems can occur, especially if this medication is abused, injected, or mixed with other depressants (such as alcohol, benzodiazepines including diazepam, other opioids). Tell your doctor right away if you have any serious side effects, including: interrupted breathing during steep (sleep apnea), signs of your adrenal glancls not working well (such as unusual tiredness, weight loss). Get medical help right away if you have any very serious side effects, including: fainting, fast/irregular heartbeat, severe dizziness, mental/mood changes (such as agitation, confusion, hallucinations), slow/shallow breathing, unusual drowsiness/difficulty waking up. This drug may rarely cause serious (possibly fatal) liver disease, Get medical help right away if you have any symptoms of liver damage, including: dark urine, persistent nausea/vomiting/loss of appetite, severe stomach/abcominal pain, yellowing eyes/skin. Avery serious allergic reaction to this drug is rare, However, get medical help right away if you notice any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including: rash, itching/swelling {especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing. This is not a complete list of possible side effects. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist. Precautions Before taking this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to buprenorphine or naloxone; or if you have any other allergies. This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems. Talk to your pharmacist for more details. Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: brain disorders (such as head injury, tumor, seizur breathing problems (such as asthma, sleep apnea, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease-COPD), liver disease, mental/inood disorders (such as confusion, depression, thoughts of suicide), stomach/intestinal problems (such as blockage, constipation, diarrhea due to infection, paralytic ileus), difficulty urinating (such as due to enlarged prostate). This drug may make you dizzy or drowsy. Alcohol or! taj bis) can make you more dizzy or drowsy. Do not drive, use machinery, or do anything that needs alertness until you can doit safely. Avoid alcoholic beverages. Talk to your doctor if you are using marijuana (cannabis) Alcohol increases your risk for serious, possibly fatal, breathing problems Buprenorphine may cause a condition that affects the heart rhythm (QT prolongation). QT protongation can rarely cause serious (rarely fatal) fast/irregular heartbeat and other symptoms (such as severe dizziness, fainting) that need medical attention right away. The risk of QT prolongation may be increased if you have certain medical conditions or are taking other drugs that may cause QT prolongation. Before using buprenorphine, tell your doctor or pharmacist ofall the drugs you take and if you have any of the following conditions: certain heart problems (heart failure, slow heartbeat, QT prolongation in the EKG), family. history of certain heart problems (QT prolongation in the EKG, sudden cardiac death). Low levels of potassium or magnesium in the blood may also increase your risk of QT prolongation. This risk may increase if you use certain drugs (such as dliuretics/"water pills") orif you have conditions such as severe sweating, diarrhea, or vomiting. Talk to your doctor about using buprenorphine safely. Before having surgery, tell your doctor or dentist about all the products you use {including prescription drugs, nonprescription drugs, and herbal products). Older adults may be more sensitive to the side effects of this drug, especially drowsiness, slow/shallow breathing, and QT prolongation (see above). Before using this medication, women of childbearing age should talk with their doctor(s) about the risks and benefits. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or if you plan to become pregnant. During pregnancy, this medication should be used only when clearly needed. It may slightly increase the risk of birth defects if used during the first two months of pregnancy. Also, using it for a long time or in high doses near the expected delivery date may harm the unborn baby. To lessen the risk, use the smallest effective dose for the shortest possible time. Tell the doctor right away if you notice any symptoms in your newborn baby such as slow/shallow breathing, irritability, abnormal/persistent crying, vomiting, or diarrhe: Buprenorphine passes into breast milk. Itis unknown if naloxone passes into breast milk. This product may rarely have undesirable effects on a nursing iniant. Tell the doctor right away if your baby develops unusual sleepiness, difficulty feeding, or trouble breathing. Consult your doctor before breast feeding. Interactions Drug interactions may change how your medications work or increase your risk for serious side effects. This document does not contain all possible diug interactions. Keep a list ofall the products you use (including prescription/nonprescription drugs and herbal products) and share itwith your doctor and pharmacist. Do not start, stop, or change the dosage of any medicines without your doctor's approval. Some products that may interact with this medication inelude: certain pain medications (mixed opioid agonist-antagonists such as butorphanol, nalbuphine, pentazocine), naltrexone, samidorphan. Many drugs besides buprenorphine may affect the heart rhythm (QT prolongation), including amiodarone, disopyramide, dofetilide, ibutilide, procainamide, quinidine, sotalol, among others. The risk of serious side effects (such as slow/shallow breathing, severe drowsiness/dizzin may be increased if this medication is used with other products that may also affect breathing or cause drowsiness. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking other products such as alcohol, marijuana (ca 1es (such as cetirizine, ciphenhycramine), drugs for sleep or anxiety (such as alprazolam, diazepam, zolpidem), muscle relaxants (such as carisoprodol, cyclobenzaprine), and other opioid pain relievers (such as codeine, hydrocodone). Check the labels on all your medicines (such as allergy or cough-and-cold products) because they may contain ingredients that cause drowsiness. Ask your pharmacist about using those products safely. This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems. Talk to your pharmacist for more details. Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: blood circulation problems (such as Raynaud's disease), certain mental/mood conditions (such as severe agitation, psychosis), personal/family history of mental/mood dlisorsiers (such as bipolar disorder, clepression, psychotic disorder, suicidal thoughts), heart problems (including irregular heartbeat/rhythm, coronary artery disease, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, problems with the heart structure such as valve problems), family history of heart problems (such as sudden death/irregular heartbeat/rhythm), history of stroke, high blood cl (hyperthyroidism), a certain eye problem (glauicoma), seizures, personal or family history of a substance use disorder (such as overuse of or acliliction to drugs/alcohol), personal or family history of uncontrolled muscle movements (such as Tourette's syndrome), kidney disease, liver disease. This drug may make you dizzy. Alcohol or marijuana (cannabis) can make you more dizzy. Do not drive, use machinery, or do anything that needs alertness until you can do it safely. Limit alcoholic beverages. Talk to your doctor if you are using marijuana (cannabis). Before having surgery, tell your doctor or clentist about all the products you use {including prescription drugs, nonprescription drugs, and herbal products). Children may be more sensitive to the side effects of this drug, especially weight loss. This medication may slow down a child's growth. The doctor may recommend temporarily stopping the medication from time to time to reduce this risk. Monitor your child's weight and height. Consult your doctor or pharmacist for more details. Older adults may be more sensitive to the side effects of this drug, especially chest pain, trouble sleeping, or weight loss. During pregnancy, this medication should be used only when clearly needed. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. Infants born to mothers who are dependent on this medication may be born too soon (premature) and have low birth weight. They may also have withdrawal symptoms. Tell your doctor right away if you notice possible mood changes, agitation, or unusual tiredness in your 1 This medication passes into breast milk and may have undesirable effects on a nursing infant. Breast-feeding is not recommended while using this drug. Consult your doctor before breast- feeding Side Effects Loss of appetite, weight loss, dry mouth, stomach upset/pain, nausea/vomiting, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, fever, nervousness, and trouble sleeping may occur. Ifany of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor promptly. Remember that this medication has been prescribed because your doctor has judged that the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects. Many people using this medication do not have serious side effects. This medication may raise your blood pressure, Check your blood pressure regularly and tell your doctor if the results are high. Tell your doctor right away if you have any serious side effects, including: signs of blood flow problems in the fingers or toes (such as coldness, numbness, pain, or skin color changes), unusual wounds on the fingers or toes, mental/mood/behavior changes (such as agitation, aggression, mood swings, clepression, abnormal thoughts, thoughts of suicicle), uncontrolled movements, continuous chewing movements/tecth grinding, outbursts of words/sounds, change in sexual ability/desire, frequent/protonged erections (in mates). Get medical help right away if you have any very serious side effects, including: shortness of breath, chest/jaw/left arm pain, fainting, severe headache, fast/pounding/irregular heartbeat, s« ires, swelling of the ankles/feet, extreme tiredness, blurred vision, weakness on one side of the body, trouble speaking, confusion. This medication may increase serotonin and rarely cause a very serious condition called serotonin syndlrome/toxicity. The risk increases ifyou are also taking other drugs that increase serotonin, so tell your doctor or pharmacist of all the drugs you take (see Dru Interactions section). Get medical help right away if you develop some of the following, symptoms: fast heartbeat, hallucinations, loss of coordination, severe dizziness, severe nausea/vomiting/diarrhea, iwilching muscles, unexplained fever, unusual agitation/restlessness. Avery serious allergic reaction to this drugis rare. However, get medical help right away ifyou notice any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including: 1ash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing. This is not a complete list of possible side effects. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist. Uses This medication is used to treat depression, Itmay also be used to prevent seasonal affectiv disorder (SAD), a type of depression that occurs each year at the same time (for example, during winter). This medication can improve your mood and feelings of well-being. It may work by restoring the balance of certain natural substances (clojamine, norepinephrine) in the brain. How to use Wellbutrin XL Read the Meclication Guide provided by your pharmacist before you start using bupropion and each time you get a refil. you have any questions, ask your doctor or pharmacist. Take this medication by mouth with or without food as directed by your doctor, usually once daily in the morning. Ifyou have stomach upset, you may take this medication with or after a meal or snack. Taking this medication late in the day may cause trouble sleeping (insomnia). Take this medication regularly to get the most benefit from it. To help you remember, take it at the same time each day. Do not crush or chew extended-release tablets. Doing so can release all of the drug at once, increasing the risk of side effects, Also, do not split the tablets unless they have a score line and your doctor or pharmacist tells you to do so. Swallow the whole or split tablet without crushing or chewing. The dosage is based on your medical condition, liver function, and response to treatment. To reduce your risk of side effects, your doctor may direct you to start this medication at a low dose and gradually increase your dose. Do not increase your dose or use this drug more often or for longer than prescribed. Your condition will not improve any faster, and your risk of side effects will increase. Do not stop taking this medication without consulting your doctor. Your dose may need to be gradually decreased. Itmay take 4 weeks or longer before you get the full benefit of this drug. Tell your doctor if your condition does notimprove or ifit worsens. Side Effects See also Warning section. Doxmouth, sore throat, ng, ringing in the ears, headache, decreased le may occur.
