- The study habits are the habitual practices one uses to help them study and learn.
Good study habits can help students achieve and/or maintain good grades.
- For me, having a good study habit will prepare me for exams and help me to manage my time in
school works and doing some chores in our house. It also lessens the pressure for me to study the
entire lesson before the exam. My study habits depend on my mood sometime because I’m not always
productive unlike other students. I want to balance my time for myself to for school.

- According to an article, '10 Habits of Highly Effective Students', by Becton Loveless, published in the
Education Corner, “The key to becoming an effective student is learning how to study smarter, not
harder. This becomes more and more true as you advance in your education.”
- “The research on memory provides a series of important recommendations regarding the most
effective ways to study. One of the most important recommendations is for students to self-test rather
than just reading the material.” – Robert Bjork and Nate Kornell, Psychonomic Bulletin and Review
