Abstract
Malaria as one of the biggest health problems in Indonesia that spread easily especially in eastern part. Malaria’s
elimination purpose is to stop the spread of it in certain areas and the receptive also focus map as one of the
requirements to succeed the district level assessment. The aim of this observation is to make maps of Malaria’s
spread-out cases, receptive and Malaria focus at Batakte Public Health center working area. It used the descriptive
survey method where observer describe the situation of Anopheles larvae’s habitat and Malaria’s spread-out cases.
Malaria’s spread-out cases at Batakte Public Health Center on 2017-2029 were 15 cases. There were 9 out of 12
villages there, were receptive areas. While the other 3 villages were non-receptive areas. Based on the data cases
there, 4 villages were active focus areas, 3 villages were non-active, 2 villages were free focus areas, and 3 villages
were non-focus Malaria. It is crucial for the community to make up aquatic plants and take advantage of predatory
animals around the Anopheles larva breeding grounds.
