• Yarn: brown & cream (I used Vanna’s Choice in “Honey” and
Red Heart Soft in “off white”) Optional: a small amount of
pink, green, white, purple for the flower crown.
• Crochet hook (any size; consistent throughout pattern)
• Polyester stuffing

• Felt or wool: black, white (optional: brown)

ABBREVIATIONS

 FLOWER CROWN (OPTIONAL)
Large flowers:
Make as many as you want in pink/purple

Crown assembly:
Sew the flowers together through the back loops of 2-3 stitches on each petal. Sew the
leaf/leaves to the backs. You can either sew the crown to the head, or create enough flowers to
make a circle to fit around the head.

 ASSEMBLY
• Sew the front legs to the front of the body.
• Sew the back legs to the back of the body.
• Sew the front fur piece on the front of the body. It should sit between rounds 23 & 24,
round 3 of the front piece should fit between the front legs.
• Sew the side fur pieces to each side of the body. I sew mine to the sides of the front fur
piece & layered them slightly over the legs.
• Sew the back fur piece to the back of the body.

• Sew the head to the body. It should sit in the space in between the pieces of fur.

• Fluffy Eevee:
1. Start by leaving a tail to sew to the head & chain 18. Join to first stitch with a slip
stitch to form a ring & sc around. (18)

 Next, cut a bunch of pieces of yarn approximately 8 inches long. Insert your crochet
hook into the stitches from the neck piece & pull up a loop. Pull the tail through the
loop to form a knot. Repeat all the way around the neck piece. Add more than you think
you’ll need because a lot of it will be lost brushing.

Using a sewing needle, split the strands of yarn to

make it easier to brush them.
Using the pet wire brush to brush out the fur. The
yarn should eventually break/smooth out. Fair
warning: it is messy & it will shed a LOT.
When you’re finished, if you’re finding it looks
wavy/curls, you can use a hair straightener on a really
low setting (or quickly as it heats) to straighten the
fur.

• If using felt: using a photo of eevee as a reference, cut out two ovals for the eyes. Cut
out two smaller ovals in white & place them towards the top of the eyes. You can use
brown felt & cut the pieces for the bottoms of the eyes, or use paint to create them. Cut
out a small triangle for the nose & two pieces for the insides of the ears in black.
• If needle felting: using a photo of eevee as a reference, needle felt two ovals for the
eyes. Add a small white dot to the eyes towards the top & brown towards the bottoms.
Create a small triangle for the nose & the insides of the ears in black.
• Using embroidery floss, embroider the mouth & two lines on each of the paws.
• Sew the ears to the head.
• Optional: hair pieces. Small: magic ring 4 & slip stitch to first stitch. Fasten off, leaving a
tail. Larger: 1. magic ring 3 (3), 2. Inc x 3 (6), fasten off, leaving a tail to sew to the head.

 • If you made hair pieces, sew them to the head in between the ears.
• Sew the tail to the back of the body. I sewed mine on & then tacked a few stitches down
so it leaned forward a bit better.
