1) On 05/06/2022 in an email correspondence Eric McDonald (CPS Case Manager) by way of Threat, Duress or Coercion
Willingly, Knowingly & Intentionally directed Threat by way of Coercion Whilst I Affiant & daughters Meme El & Crisalis El are
under Duress via Unauthorized, Unsanctioned, Unverified, Non-Jurisdictional actions as per “Notice of Default Judgement”
furnished by I Affiant via email to Maria Mack (DCS Attorney) dated 04/13/2022 of which is in dishonour to date. Via said email
correspondence on 05/06/2022 Mr. McDonald stated: “If you continue to speak about the case during visitation, or negatively
during the visits and do not respond to redirection, the visit will be terminated early. This is important to foster a positive
relationship between you and your children, and also to foster a positive emotional environment for your children.”
2) I Affiant, In Propria Persona, In Full Life, in correspondence Noticed and Advised Mr. McDonald that ALL of his actions & that of
the agencies he represents are, Void an Intio NULL & VOID and are to CEASE & DECIST as of 03/07/2022 as per “Notice of
Default Judgement” and has NO Authority to gauge I Affiant and daughters verbal exchange at any given moment in time.

18 USC §245: provides that Whoever, whether or not acting under color of law, intimidates or interferes with any person from
participating in or enjoying (the estate, identified as) any benefit, service, privilege, program, facility or activity, provided or
administered by (a person / agent / Officer / Public Servant, operating through an agency, corporation, or association of) the
United States; [or] applying for or enjoying employment or any prerequisite thereof, by any agency of the united states; shall be
fined under this title, or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
