Executive Summary:

We believe that the future of travel will be about learning, experimenting, experiencing and

exploring. At Indian Studio we connect people seeking artistic experiences to our

passionate artists who deliver superior and authentic knowledge of art by building

credible and meaningful connections. As an all-inclusive experience hub that curates

unique, authentic, and passion-driven workshops and art experiences.

Indian Studio is a marketplace platform for hands-on art experiences with master artisans of

India. Our platform connects passionate artisans of Cities like Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur with

travellers, art-lovers, professionals, students for personalized art workshops. Apart from

immersing in the artist’s unique world, one takes an art piece home, which is co-created

together with the artist.

Today we live in an era where the pride of ‘experiencing’ the new is much greater than the

pride of ownership. Millennials who are leading consumption today are more interested in

exploring and discovering the world through all their senses. What better way to do that by

exploring Rajasthan’s rich culture & heritage through ‘Art Experiences’?

Any art experience involves a two to five-hour-long personalized session with an artist of

repute, who will explain & demonstrate to the participants the intricate details, history,

cultural legacy and love and passion for the art. Any guest receives unique insights while

parallelly indulging in the art to design and co-create something of his/her own as a take-

away.

We aspire to curate immersive craft experiences in India that give visitors glimpses into the

lives of artists. We want to put the Indian Karigars into spotlight around the globe.
Indian Studio is a unique platform working for all the authentic artisans that aims to

bridge the gap between the art curators and passionate audience by giving them a

unique, versatile and creative experiences.

Indian Studio is not an intermediary. By building meaningful relationships with undiscovered

artists, we empower local crafters to find monetary support and recognition.

All it takes is an art of storytelling to bring out the emotions and spark interest in every

human. At Indian Studio, we handpick experiences that are hidden in the Indian Art Culture.

A local touch helps in transforming oneself from within and such experiences liberate our

soul, expand our vision and satiate our wanderlust from within. In short, connecting with the

roots gives us such a state of pleasure!

When we buy directly from the artist, not only we give them the sense of recognition but also

help them in effort to sustain.

Environmental Analysis:

Unfavourable conditions such as pandemic, economic recession might hamper the business

plan. Stability in the economic system will work in favour of the business plan.

The biggest strength of Indian Studio is its unique selling proposition! Aligning with India’s

rich culture, makes it lucrative

Weakness of Indian Studio is lack of awareness. Due to dynamic changes in our lifestyle,

people do not have time and knowledge about such workshops which connect artists with

audience.

Opportunities are tremendous! Having the first mover advantage, Indian studio plans to

connect the real, raw, authentic and underrated India with the rest of the world.

Due to a simple and easy business plan, it has a threat of getting copied or facing

competition.
